“Had to get a rental after my accident while car was being fixed. Chris is the best at gasoline alley location. Very helpful and friendly. Even showed me how to use the car before letting me leave the lot with it. He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do and he really did good and made sure I was a happy customer. Other staff members are also friendly.”
“Came in on a Monday morning to rent a car for the week. It was crazy busy and the team was shorthanded. Kai was working unbelievable hard and still provided excellent customer service. I needed an SUV but only a Sedan was available. He gave me his cell and said to text him later in the day to see if any SUVs check-in. Sure enough one came in and he was able to secure it for me. Awesome job by a hardworking and friendly agent!”

Both these young ladies always go out of their way to make sure that my rental experience is perfect, weather , it's explaining the policy to me in detail or making sure I have a ride to and from the rental place.

“The Staff at National Rental at the airport are always great! They are very friendly and helpful. I am a frequent renter and I have always had very positive experiences. They are quick to get the customers in their vehicles and on their way. The quality of vehicles are great. They are comfortable, clean, and generally fuel efficient which is nice in today’s economy. The convenience and ease of extending my rental and/or returning my vehicle is great as I frequently need to keep the vehicle longer and often return later in the evening. If all the National rentals are staffed and stocked as well as the Meadows field airport then your organization definitely knows what they are doing. Keep up the great service.”
