Rebecca was amazing, when we were waiting for the approval she told me to go and let me know when it was and then she worked with me to get the work done and was very kind and caring.

My engine light was on. They diagnosed it. And fix the problem. It cost a lot of money. But I know it would have cost the same some where else or even more. Thank you Nick and pep boys crew.

Awesome experience. I was just passing through Town on a Saturday afternoon. Had a water pump leak. They fixed it the next day on Easter Sunday. I was able to hit the road on Monday morning. The Staff was Extremely Professional, Courteous and Friendly.
