βGreat repair shop. Came in for a repair of a tie rod that did not allow the wheels to be aligned properly. Left the car there for the day since the place already had several other cars they were working on. Was called a few hours later to be informed of a tie rod being bent out of shape. I agreed to the next steps and then came to pick the car up only a few hours later.
Overall a quick and efficient experience I will most likely come back to.β

βI just moved here from Ventura County earlier this year and was looking for a reputable mechanic with good prices to service my Honda Civic. The customer service I have received so far has been unmatched, these are good honest dudes that know what they are doing. Chill and respectful mechanics. A true gem, were lucky to have them on the East side.β
βIt was speedy. The technician βscoldedβ me for bringing in a small car (2 seat convertible). I thought he was joking at first but he was serious and annoyed he had to scrunch in a small car. Awkward. I needed the service done asap so I stayed but it was the strangest beginning to the service. Other than that- it was speedy, reasonable cost, and good hater hrs.β

βI had done some research and looking around locally, so I knew exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t finding it locally, so a friend suggested Val at Sangera Subaru. I let Val know exactly what I wanted and it came together quickly! I appreciated that he made the process quick and easy, and didn’t push any extra stuff that I didn’t need. Bonus points, he said my dog was more than welcome at pickup! We drove 2 hours there, but it was worth the drive. If I know anyone who is looking for a Subaru, I’d definitely suggest Val at Sangera Subaru.β
