Some animals are taken care of better then others, but that is how all pet stores are. The main lady who works there is very nice, and will answer any questions you ask. I highly recommend this pet store if you want a pet or animal supply’s. I did see a mouse on the floor though. I don’t hold that against them when they have so many snakes. I have been multiple times and they are consistently clean.

I spent 3 hours shaving her and cutting through years of mats and couldn't get through the mats on her legs and feet. The groomer allowed me to bring her in as a walk-in and got all the rest of the severe mats off her feet, cleaned up the messy shaving I did, and trimmed her nails. It was easy to book an appt, the shop is clean, and everyone we encountered was friendly and I felt comfortable leaving my baby with them. Two hours later she was ready for pickup and her haircut was PERFECT. Her cut was spot on, it was more than just a clipper cut like had been receiving, she actually looked styled, her fur was clean and soft and she smelled good! She still looks great almost 2 weeks later! They don't charge to use your card, making paying and tipping easy, and offer receipts. We found our new groomer!

We had our Rottweiler puppy do the basic “manners” board and train in 2024 because at 5 months and 50lbs she was a bit of a bull in a china shop and almost knocked my mom down a few times. Harlan took his time to build my pup’s confidence and even keep her an extra week no charge to make sure they didn’t rush the process. Every time we went to train with her she was so sweet and happy, I could tell they treated her well. Fast forward a year later and she’s still doing great! We use their Daycare and Boarding often. My Gypsy girl gets So excited to go see her friends at ASDO!!

Neptune and I went through the standard package training and it has been an amazing experience. My only regret is that I didn’t start the training sooner. I feel like I have a new confident dog. I take him for walks everyday, he’s crate trained and he can even hang out in the front yard without running away. Nick and Kassandra are great trainers, very well organized and extremely knowledgeable. The studio is always clean and a very comfortable place to bring your dog. I have recently gotten a new puppy and have started applying the training I learned to him and he is doing great as well. Elevated Canine has been worth every penny. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I've boarded at a few other local places before finding Cowen's; this is the first place my boy didn't come home stinky and stressed. Cowen's is very clean and offers a couple of options such as leaving the kennel to go to potty, which is great for Hank. During our last stay, Hank had a bath and this is the cleanest I've ever seen him - not an easy task with all of his fur and drool!

Called 4 places with high ratings and no one answered. The boat rental company gave me Tail of Success number. I called Roy last minute and he couldn't have been more polite and accommodating. I brought our dog over 30 minutes later and his place was new, spotless and filled with happy dogs. He communicated with us via text for updates, sent a video and even took him for a walk. He was a true lifesaver! 5 Star rating!

Our pup would take off after the bird on day one and when we got him back he is steady and retrieves to hand. Very pleased with the outcome. Ron is easy to work with and always up front when it comes to training and the progress and potential on your dog, and the price is really reasonable compared to other trainers. Brought our female in and he was up front about her not really being motivated for the hunt and the birds. I would recommend Fongeo kennels. Thanks Ron!

We ordered: Fried wonton app - 8/10. 6 pieces, light and crispy, creamy melty cheese inside, delicious dipping sauce. Would order again. Yakiudon with "pork" - hubby gave it a 7/10. I thought it was an 8/10. The "pork" was delicious, chewy noodles, sweet & savory sauce. Would order again. Chow mein with "beef" - kiddo gave it a 9/10, even though she didn't like the "beef" and didn't like most of the veggies (cabbage, carrots, onion) lol. But she liked the rest. I thought it was an 8/10, very tasty, I loved the faux beef, thought it was super flavorful. Would order again. Tonkatsu ramen - 6/10, was just ok. The broth was tasty, but not a lot of depth. The ramen noodles were good. The toppings were lacking. I wanted more veg, and the "pork" slices were weird, like a cheap deli meat style. The pan fried tofu on top was good. I would definitely get something else next time. Mango smoothie - 10/10 from the kiddo. She loved it. Was sad they didn't have popping boba, just regular boba. Overall an enjoyable meal, would definitely go back to try more things!
