Very easy to handle complete process online. Communication excellent. Pod was in excellent condition. No contact delivery and pickup was very helpful. First time user. Pricing was clear and fare. Would highly recommend using PODS for your needs.

I would have given PODS 5 stars, but their telephone agents were pretty clueless when I called to either make an adjustment or ask a question.
