“I’m giving this UPS Store 4 stars because overall most of the employees are wonderful and provide great customer service. Rochelle is honestly like sunshine every time I come in — always smiling, welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. Jack is also very polite and professional, and even the manager has always been sweet and helpful whenever I’ve visited.
Unfortunately, the reason for the missing star is because of one employee, I believe her name is Aracely. Every interaction with her feels uncomfortable because she often seems unhappy, rude, and unwelcoming. Customer service is such a big part of the experience, and her attitude really stands out compared to the rest of the amazing staff.
If it weren’t for that, this location would easily deserve 5 stars because the rest of the team is great.”
“The staff here is always,friendly, helpful and always give you the best options for any of the services that they provide. This location is convenient for mailing off my USPS products and they only charge $3 to print a label I know this because my printer went out and that was the charge. I utilize this service because the item I sold was over $300 so $3 wasn't a big deal if you're mailing something and can't print a USPS label this is a good option. If you're product isn't more than 50 to 75% profit of what your mailing is best to print your own label other than that they provide printing services fax services and mailing services.”

“This review is overdue… Jason and The Print Shack downtown, Bakersfield are great. It has been so easy to communicate with him over the years and he has always had my back with quick turn around printing needs. I volunteer with a local nonprofit and have a business in town we’ve printed shirts for The Innovation Lab a few times with The Print Shack. I’ve also utilized the print shack for business printing needs. The quality, pricing and attention to detail has been great, I think I started working with him in 2019, five years and counting of great service! Best part is seeing how the shirts and quality have held up over the past five years, we hosted an event a couple months ago and some of the Innovators were wearing some of the original shirts from 2019 and they looked brand new!”
