“Needed to have a package delivered ASAP to my son in Lake Havasu Arz. It was time to head over my local UPS Store on Allen Rd. I was there last month I had to renew my passport they took my picture and helped me complete some paperwork it was a smooth operation. They took care of everything I just received my new passport last week. Today was easier just needed to send out this package. There were 3 attendants all were busy I was greeted by the 2 up front at the counter. I waited a couple minutes and Wendy called me up with a smile. I explained I neededto send this package to Arz. it was triangular about 24" long it contained a photograph. Wendy weighed and measured it. She told me the price and I about fell down, why so much? I asked it's the box she said, because of its odd shape. Wendy suggested to lower the cost we repackage it into a rectangular box. The price went down by almost half even after buying the new box.Wendy took great care of me she was friendly efficient and saved me about $18. The store was busy customers were coming and going the store had a good vibe they kept up a heck of a pace. My business took a little longer than most, but Wendy had me out the door in about 10 minutes.
