About The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center
The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center serves as an important source of funding for local Adult Rehab Centers, helping those struggling with addiction and homelessness. The store offers a variety of items, and many customers appreciate the friendly staff at the counter, especially the helpful manager. However, some reviews mention issues with customer service, highlighting a specific cashier's negative attitude toward customers and complaints about the management's lack of action. Customers enjoy the occasional 50% off clothing sales and often find good deals, noting that the store has a better selection and lower prices compared to competitors like Goodwill. However, some shoppers wish for better organization within the clothing sections, as items are not sorted by size, making it challenging for seniors and others to find their preferred sizes. Overall, the store provides valuable support to the community while offering a range of thrifted items.
Honestly, a 10/10. Me and my friend went in December on the 28-29th to thrift around, I can’t remember who, but an orange hair lady was SO sweet! She complimented us, she said my nails were cute, and we just talked. I found a few gems for my outfit, I just wished there were more belts and jewelry. I’d come back!
