“Great prices and great customer service. Just do not get offended if they come up to you. They have a lot of cameras and sometimes they think you are stealing. Just do not take it personally.”

“We are supporters of A Dream Shared. I just read a scathing review of this "Business" for "Poor customer service" from a Jennifer. This is not a business Jennifer, it's a non-profit organization providing services to people with special needs. They rely on volunteers who are not always reliable. You could have helped them out by arranging your own pickup. No one there lied to you Jennifer, more likely they just had a difficult time working things out. God bless.”

“I can't tell you really how kind and welcoming these people were to us. One lovely lady searched and found me a pair of boots to fit me and then she examined them and just out of decency and genuine kindness, gave me the boots because they are slightly damaged. It was an act of giving that I appreciate because I did argue with her and she wasn't having it. The clothes are well maintained and will work well for any interview or first day of work. But it's the people who make the place and they are a gift, more than a new set of clothes or a shoes. They didn't make me feel like a charity case..just a woman who needed something nice to wear to an interview. They are all volunteers, as well. They don't get paid to be that kind, it was just a natural act that made my whole month better.”

“NP Garcia was great . She took her time to go over every detail with me. She’s really cares , she’s not all in a hurry trying to skip any details. She was just simply amazing. I’m glad to have her as my NP”

“The people there are friendly, the prices you see on the tag are the prices you pay, no card fees or sales taxes, and the profits go to assisting kids.

The only downside is I have to leave my bag with the cashiers, but they give you a matching clip so they know which is yours when you check out. It's a minor inconvenience and they're just trying to reduce theft.”

“Honestly, a 10/10. Me and my friend went in December on the 28-29th to thrift around, I can’t remember who, but an orange hair lady was SO sweet! She complimented us, she said my nails were cute, and we just talked. I found a few gems for my outfit, I just wished there were more belts and jewelry. I’d come back!”

“I travel quite often throughout the US and when I do I always make it a point to stop by the local Goodwill in the area to see what's available. I have been to Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, Louisiana and more. I even went as far as visting EVERY store in Las Vegas, Nevada (yes, I REALLY did) and I must say that my absolute favorite Goodwill of all time is this store on Coffee Road! The customer service is outstanding! I am always greeted with a smile as I walk through the door! If I need help, there is always someone available to help me. When I'm ready to check out, the staff at the registers get me out quickly and efficiently. Even when there is a line forming and I have to be somewhere, I can be sure that the line will move quickly and I can be on my way. I love all the staff here and their manager, Lizzy is AWESOME! She is a sweetheart! She's friendly and outgoing. She is a true asset to this company. I hope she is recognized for all that she and her staff do to run this busy store. Thanks guys, your hardwork and dedication do not go unnoticed. ♥️”

“Although this particular location isn't open very much they're only open till like I think 5 or 4:00 p.m. which really is inconvenient for the people that have jobs but other than that they're pretty cool they also get donations from areas that are you know higher income because of the area that the location is currently at so I did hear that they're going to be moving to the old Rite Aid building on Allen and Rosedale Highway which is a plus because that means that their inventory is going to be a lot larger than it is now”

“This is my favorite Goodwill out of the whole selection in the city because they always have a really cute stuff and really good prices and the staff is always really laid back and they're dressing rooms always open and they never bother you about what you're looking at or anything and they're always eager to help you I love this one I would definitely recommend coming here and dropping and spending your money it's never going to be dissatisfied”

“As someone who was there early for the sale I can tell u that Anonymous Cockatoo is completely full of it. Nobody is “paying 100 dollars to get in early” that is the stupidest thing I ever heard. It’s a thrift store! Not an high end sample sale!!! Come on!!! The “African American worker that starts with the "K"”….was nice enough to let us in early because she saw us standing in line in the COLD. She is the sweetest person and Salvation Army is lucky to have her! Please Salvation Army don’t listen to bitter greedy RESELLERS like Anonymous Cockatoo who take the fun out of thrifting and are just mad they weren’t able to HOG everything to themselves.”

“I like going to this store the workers are very friendly and they help, plus I like how the store is it's clean and there was this one short woman who help me if I'm not mistaken her name tag said Juanita she smiles all the time, all I can say is these workers work all day to keep this place stocked and it's cheap too. Have a bless day ?? to all”

“Nice clean store. Not too big where it's overwhelming. The workers do a good job at sorting and color coordinating the clothing. The people who receive the donations are always very friendly. The only negative was a very long SLOoOoOw line...”

“I like going to second hand shops and this one I went to. It had alot of different things. I mean from school supplies, dishes, and of course clothing. What an array of outfits. Like Gowns to play clothes for men women and children. Also a good shoe section. Not what you imagine shoes there look like but nice shoes and I even bought some shoes. Not worn either. The prices have gone Up almost the same price as department stores only a few $$$less. So if you like going through things on a slow day you can spend hours there. Check it out”
