I lived here on a month to month basis for two years never had a problem with things not being up kept the pool and spa was cleaned every Monday by a pool company. They bathroom were always clean and the wash area to the on site manager is very helpful and knowledgeable she does a great job.

This is an RV park you rent a space with your motorhome or RV and that's where you stay. I love the atmosphere and the services it provides as far as the swimming pool restrooms and showers nice
