“Nice shopping center. Exit onto Calloway can get backed up. When so happens I use the northern east entrance closer to Dutch Bro. There is a light there as well.This shopping center is kept clean and I rarely see street walkers here.”
“Trader Joes rules! Not too crazy about Valley Strong Credit Union. Just found out the had unauthorized access to my account & sent in a derogatory report of ID Theft to ChexSystems. Downtown Branch very arrogant branch manager. Said she wouldn't help me because I insisted she tell CSystems it was id theft. She said she wouldn't help because I was too demanding. 🥴 The reports were retaliation for me reporting a security guard that was acting judgy and hostile toward me. Reverse discrimination is common and so is Corporate Arrogance toward the elderly and disabled. You can't research a customer's account & speculate about id theft without sitting down with the customer and going over the records with them.”

“I took some uniforms in to get altered and to have some patches cleanly removed. The alterations came out great and were reasonably priced. The patches were removed without and evidence they were ever there. The turn around time was quick and I did not have to ask for the speedy service.”

“The workers at Box Lunch are literally the best. My girlfriend has autism and was overwhelmed and needed a quiet spot to chill out, so one of the workers walked us to a quiet hallway where we could chill out. She was very kind and attentive, I appreciate her very much. The girl who helped us at the register also asked if my gf was okay and she was very kind as well. Great service, great people, 10/10.”

From the very beginning, Jennifer delivered exceptional customer service to my family. She patiently helped us find the right shoes for my daughter, taking the time to properly measure her feet and answer all of our questions in a very kind and professional manner.
What truly made the experience special was her friendly attitude, never applying any pressure at any point, as well as her ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, which made everything much more comfortable for us.
Her customer service is truly outstanding. We felt valued, respected, and very well taken care of throughout our visit.

“My favorite outdoor shopping mall in Bakersfield. It is next to Riverwalk Park. I usually get some walking before shopping. It had arrays of different stores. General merchandise like Target. Sprouts grocery, fashions (Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, DSW, Athletic, Victoria Secret), other retails like Bath and Body Works, Sephora, many restaurants from different cuisines. There's also EV charging stations.”
