Refuse to help me because I didn’t have my ID they take 4-6 weeks to come in. DMV sent me a PDF and they still didn’t want to take it smh.

Don’t even try to get help here… they will do whatever they can do have you call in and resolve your issues. What happened to customer service?! The store representative should have sat there with us the whole time instead he was too worried about the number of customers instead of the quality of work.
I highly recommend to go to the branch on stock dale highway, they instantly helped us!

The employee I worked with offered more problems than solutions. Made me feel like I couldn't do what I needed to and didn't tell me the solution as if it was viable. Seemed distracted and disheartened. The staff seemed very cliquey and unkind.

Carlos was very helpful answered all our questions. The manager Jesus also assisted and helped with our billing issues. Jesus informed us if any issues came up just go back and he’ll fix our concerns. We went back and he kept his word. Will definitely comeback to this location in the future. Thank You!

Upon entry told it would be 20min wait to activate a new phone... over 1hr 15min later, we get service. I don't know if it's because we were not buying something they let others ahead of us.

Very disappointed with this location. The “specialist” Carlos was very nice while we were in store transferring service but then ignored every single call/text. He way over promised and way under delivered! Not to mention the credits promised never hit the account.

Nice looking store! TRYING TO GET ANYTHING DONE IS LIKE BUYING A CAR! The Kioska for paying your bill doesn't always work so you have to wait in line... big no go IMO! You know what you want and where it's at... SIGN IN PLEASE... big no go IMO!My wife has a tech question and she's been in the store waiting for over 10 minutes and all I see are employees acting busy!
