Great service. I went in to talk about my phone being disconnected. I was heated and was in a really bad mood. I talked to Ximena and she helped me and she went above and beyond. She helped me resolve the problem and I got my service back. When going to the Verizon at the valley plaza ask for Ximena.

Verizon is the absolute worst! Not necessarily this particular store but all Verizon. They every single month over charge me in my bill by 2 to 3 times the actual amount of my bill. This attempt at extortion is absolutely appalling. We need to have another class action lawsuit against thus extremely corrupt cell phone company. No one should ever sign up for Verizon for any reason at all.

Came into Verizon today for a pair of AirPods, the staff didn’t keep me waiting very long before I was helped. I was in & out within 15 minutes!
Update: after getting my AirPods, I saw that my next bill was way higher than it should be. I noticed 2 pairs of AirPods were billed to my account instead of one pair, when I looked at my original receipt it says one was billed to the account as should have been.
On 4/13 I went back into the Verizon store where I got the headphones, and I was greeted in by Isreal who was the original agent that sold be the AirPods the previous week so I spoke to him about the situation and that I want one of those transactions removed from my account so of course I was told they don’t do that in store. I had to sit in the store on the phone with customer service for 30+ minutes going back & fourth trying to get the situation handled, finally Isreal got on the phone with customer service & got the situation fixed for me. After this last visit I wasn’t happy about the customer service I got, because I shouldn’t have been the one to sit on the phone in the store with customer service when it should’ve been the in store agent who should have been on the phone with customer service to begin with considering it was the stores mistake from the beginning.

At the mall, but has an outside entrance. Joseph is fabulous! He took all the time he needed to with us and explained everything very well. He is patient and kind. Highly recommend. HOWEVER WE WERE PROMISED 5G SERVICE. BY THE TIME WE GOT HOME WE WERE BOUNCING BETWEEN 3G AND 4G. TRIED CALLING TO GET IT FIXED. DID A LOT OF THINGS BUT NEVER GOT 5G. RETURNED EVERYTHING A FEW DAYS LATER. HAD TO FIGHT A BIT FOR REFUND

I'm new to Verizon, and the Valley Plaza store in Bakersfield, CA, was very kind, helpful, and willing to educate me on my changes. The California Ave. store didn't care to help me at all.

My wife was on the phone for an hour recently with a technical support representative because the cell service no longer works where we live.
We cut off our landline because we used to have excellent cell service & felt it was redundant & unnecessary.
The Verison Rep advised her to go to a Verison store to fix the problem with her phone.
They could do nothing. They said they were salesman only and knew nothing about technical problems.
We asked if there was a Verison store where we could get technical service and were told no, they all only have salesman.
My 2 neighbors up the street from us also have no service now.
We have all called Verison and received zero help with this problem.
We all used to think highly of Verison as a cell company, but that opinion has changed in the opposite direction completely.

Switched carriers. This location had the phone and accessories in stock that I wanted. The reason for shopping there. Not very busy so I was in and out in about 45 minutes very pleased.

I got my Apple IPhone 15 Pro max from express locker.
