What’s the point of adding an authorized person for pick up if you still have to be there? My boyfriend went to pick up my order & they refused to give it to him because they needed my ID, contrary to what the confirmation email stated.

I got such a great deal that I am still shocked. That's only if you are a member and have coupons of course. I had a $40 off coupon so I got a sweatshirt completely free and just paid the lotions and sprays that I got. I even got a free bag. Thank you PINK for such a great deal.

Products are great, place is clean but can use a bit of better customer service ? not too pushy when customer knows what they want they should back off on the sales gimmicks!
