I really had bad service here. They don't care about you.youre just a number $$$ walked out the door with an ID.4 before mother's day for my wife.they swapped the invoice at the end had to wait for almost 2 hours of waiting. Anyways make your own judgement. Their staff cuss and say they are a family shop.

All staff members were very cordial and professional in assisting me or other customers. I am always pleased with the customer service and vehicle maintenance that I receive at this dealership.

Service representative is friendly. Yet , unfortunately, my vehicle is not even 1 year old (2023) and the c-ports don’t work correctly (even after replaced),my screen turns off at times, my phone doesn’t always charge on c-port /usb, my mirror traffic sensors don’t work, and my breaks sound so bad but they say my breaks are fine. They are NOT fine! They grind at times & squeak and it sounds like I’m driving an old vehicle.I’m still waiting for a call from dealership. Please Please Please VW fix my vehicle or replace it. I’ve been so patient . I’m a mom that needs her vehicle and that is why I purchased a brand new vehicle.

Worst customer service ever. The managers are arrogant as hell and never ready to help the customers any way. They don’t even make an effort to speak to the customers. The sales team is nice but end of the day are influenced by their snobby managers. I am ready to pay higher amount and get a car from a brand that value their customers. Never ever going back to purchase from this brand or any brand that’s affiliated with them.

I took my VW Cross Sport in for its 1st Oil change that went fine. My car in all aspects were working fine NO squeaks off any kind. They checked the BRAKES and said they showed wear. When I drove off they were squeaking and making funny sounds. This was NOT happening prior to taking it in. The same thing happened when my daughter took hers in for the 1st Oil change. I know businesses are struggling and they obviously did something wrong. Or didn’t know what they were doing. I’m very Upset!

Ripped off again, they said we need the transmission fluid changed, but in the Manuel it says not to change it under 100k miles! Charged us $600 out the door for nothing! Do your homework people! They knew it too when we confronted them today, just sat there all quiet! Lied to us! Ripped us off!

I just wanted to provide a quick update because there was a response from the GM and I wanted to make sure everyone knows how that went. I waited a week. I called the VW department 2 or 3 times and asked for Brad and let them know I was told to contact him. Each call resulted in the same, me being told he wasn't in and I could have his voicemail. I shot him an email as well just to try to reach out. To this day I still have received no direct contact from Brad himself. I did speak to another manager who told me Brad is busy and not in office much so he would try to help me. We talked numbers a bit but still weren't even playing in the same ballpark so ultimately I asked them to stop contacting me. I'll keep the car until it's paid off and I'll get rid of it for anything other than VW/Audi. I think it's kind of messed up to ask someone to contact you directly and then not respond and the staff has to tell you that they are rarely even in the office or available, don't bother leaving messages making it look like you care and want to work on it. Lost all confidence in Bakersfield VW at this point and it's really disappointing because they used to be the only place I'd go for my vehicle.

Great, friendly work, but this location takes too long for the premium-like price I’m paying. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and told them i’d be waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. However, i still had to wait 1.5hrs for my vehicle to be serviced. I’ve taken other vehicles to local shops without an appointment and they can do same work in a fraction of the time.

Bought a 2021 Jetta from VW Bakersfield in 2022. It's my second Jetta, I had my last one for almost 10 years and traded it in to them for another because I'm such a fan.2nd Jetta has been problematic. It's been in the shop 4 times in less than 2 years. Sales rep called me and wanted me to sit down with a manager and discuss options because they wanted to "make this right." First solution was to give me 4k less than I still owed on my car and have me buy a new one so I'd have to pay 4k and then start over on a new finance plan with a higher monthly.When that didn't work out they offered to buy out what was left on my car and get me in a new one. We negotiated for a bit over the price because they wanted to "make this right" and the salesman even called my car a "bad apple." We finally hit acceptable numbers for both parties and I was ready to shake hands. However I asked about the warranty because my car has a 9yr/100,000 warranty and I'm only 1.5 years and 15k in to it. The new car would only have a 4yr/50,000 warranty and if I wanted the extended I'd have to pay another $40 a month. So my payment was already going to increase from what I currently pay and they wouldn't give me the extended warranty without another $40 bringing my total payment to almost $100/month more than what I pay.Deal fell apart and I left with my current car. Still driving it wondering what will go wrong next and they let this deal fall apart over a warranty. They clearly didn't want to "do anything" to make this right and they've lost 2 customers over this. My wife has a Jetta as well that I talked her into and they will be our last VW vehicles.

The beginning process was great they were working with me. Towards the end when signing contract, everybody was stating how tired they were, and how they wanted to go home. I did not have a walk-through of my vehicle. I was only given a spare key. I was told I lost the other key when I never received it. I requested for them to please look for the other key a day and a half later. My salesman stopped replying to me after my third text message to him. I requested to please ask the detail person about the key, I requested to have them check the cameras to ensure the first key never made it to my hands. Sales man said he “checked the left spare keys!” (Why is there a box of spares keys??) Manager stated that I should purchase a key that I did not lose and that was never provided for me. I got a hold of the finance person and she was able to look at my contract and tell me I had unlimited keys. Proceeded to tell me to go back after 30 days to get one unlimited key. I have seven days with a brand new car and only one key like I said the beginning process was wonderful. The end was horrible. I don’t even know what to think or how to recommend.

Nicholas and the rest of the staff is always very helpful when we have our vehicles serviced. Always inform us of any updates on recalls , other recommended repairs etc!

For starters I made an online appt just to be called and told they couldn't honor that time even though I made it through the portal. Just for me to call and have them state they would honor it after all. Not sure what the back and forth was about but that made me slightly irritated. The staff I feel could be a little more professional, not all don't get me wrong, but most aren't. You had one guy just munching away at chips on the floor. Are there no break rooms? Then this one young girl was actually smacking all the service guys. Like these were not light slaps and even if they were you don't act like that while at work. How do you expect to have vehicles on the floor selling for $50,000+ while you have associated hitting and fighting each other in the same room? If you guys don't take your jobs seriously then what makes me think you'll take my business seriously...just a thought
