Less efficiency. Never call to notify you when the prescription is ready. Waiting time is long. Hopefully they can make improve.

Whenever I talked to today (8/31/25) was extremely rude. My order wasn’t fulfilled when it was supposed to be so I called and he was trying to argue with me over the phone. Extremely poor customer service.

Not worth coming here with the infux if people leaving rite aid. It takes 30 minutes each car than another 30 for the next car. I seen pharmacy busy like this but they move fast. I'm assuming they make your prescription when you show up to the window. Smh
