Only problem was the young man that changed my oil. When I left I had greasy hand prints on both sides of my car and I was getting an alert that my hood was not closed. Had to pull over and close the lid. Overall a friendly good visit”

“I have been going to this tire shop for years. If they say you need something, believe them. Twice they inspected two different tires for leak and they were sneaky leaks. They worked to fix them and did. They have my tire model too and could have been shysters and offloaded new tires to me, but they aren't! They just did the patches and for the amount of time it takes to patch, the charge is very low. Earlier today I was on the phone with a company trying to bilk me out of hundreds of dollars, so Dalene and her people were a wonderful surprise for me today. She sent a guy traveling from Taft to Arvin to help me, Tim. Super friendly and helpful. Another time there was some part on my car that was messed up and they brought it in to show it to me. The dealership gave me a bid for all kinds of suspension work and Tyack will undoubtedly do it for far less. They go above and beyond for my family. I feel heard. In a world full of stealers, Tyack gives me hope.”

I took my car to a different shop and he told me my back brakes had about 3% left on it. Well I took it over to Pacific tire and Dave and he told me that I had at least 35% on it.
