“Exceptional and personal customer service, which is rare these days especially at corporate mega chains like Boot Barn, who really don't care about the customer. The Emporium cares about customers getting good service, and their selection is curated by the store itself, not some centralized corporate office staff. Lots of Ariat, Wrangler, Pendleton, Kimes Ranch, all the major boot brands and hat brands. Western wear at its finest in a part of California that knows what real western wear is. Easy parking and access from Hwy 99 or 178, located right downtown - look for the big red Justin boot!”

“I came here last year the day of Christmas, it was honestly crazy to me they where open on a holiday the two employees where so kind and chill very helpful the store is small but full of a verity of things if you skate I seen comfortable skating shoes and cloths I was able to customize my board from wheels trucks everything super cool experience and they also build your board there for you if you’d like the only issue I had was the grip tape was coming off a bit off the top unused still but the was not an issue I mean over time that happens to the board it’s met to get scratched up and used really amazing place definitely recommend it at of all they other skate shops , and zumiez and Tilly’s ain’t got it like they do !! And it is just so unbelievable when you walk in love the vibe!!”

“Fast forward 3 years from my first visit back then... today April 26th I came by and I grabbed some items I was going to purchase but not one of the store employees greeted me when I arrived and browsed, the even walked pass me several times and didn't bother to ask me if I found everything okay or even said hello or anything! I did hear them say hello to other customers but not me. Is it because I wasn't a white girl? My skin is as white as theirs! My hair is strawberry blonde, I'm just of Spanish descent, born and raised in california! So screw you guys. Last time I'm going in there. Anyways I felt offended at that that they didn't ask me or greet me or anything and I put my items back and I walked right back out. Went next door to Soma and spent a good chunk of change! Big mistake staff at the Bakersfield store!”

“I had just come from Chico's disappointed because no one greeted me as I entered that store. Here quite the contrary! I was greeted and asked if I needed help and given much attention. I was also impressed with the dressing rooms very classy! I also got my military discount. Every purchase was worth the cost! The clothing line is very soft to the touch and beautiful aesthetically to the eye.”

“I stopped by mid day last week. The store was clean and organized. My son was able to find some clothes he liked. The wait in line was only about 2 min. There were some items on sale online but not in store and the associate happily price matched them for me which was a huge bonus. Customer service was top notch. Overall it was a great shopping experience. We will definitely be back!”

“Amazing boots, bought some for my security gigs. Loved them so much I bought some for some yard work. Not one piece of sand found on my sock. Easy to shine as well. The clean boots had them for 1.5 years and still going strong. The dirty yard boots had them for approximately 2.5 years.”

“We absolutely love this shop! I started shopping here 2 years ago and was positively shocked to see there was a good-sized boy section. Since then, we have become very great friends with the owner and now stop in just to say hi once a week at least. I do still shop there for myself as well as my kiddos. They have a great little play area for your littles to enjoy while you shop. There are also snacks for them as well, which makes shopping as a mom with little one's so much easier. There is a restroom for customers as well as two dressing rooms to try on clothing before purchasing. You can also get your purchase wrapped up in a beautiful bag with little extras on it. So it is perfect for a last-minute stop on the way to a baby shower or party. The owner, Ryan, is the sweetest!”
