“Made an appointment online to open a checking account at 12:30 pm on a Saturday with Jenny Troung to assist us. All banks do this for these types of account needs. Most only have tellers for deposit and withdrawal. It was very busy but to our surprise we were greeted by her at the door. She was very thorough, kind and considerate. She opened an account and 2 credit card accounts for us. She went through everything including the app setup and zell. Also assisted us with bill pay feature. I was really impressed by this, Chase bank has obviously has some very caring employees. Great experience ?”
“This review is only for the person I spoke to, not a reflection of the bank or customer service overall.I wanted to close my bank account since I felt that there were many restrictions with this bank. I value ease of online banking, and I less restrictions overall.I spoke to a lady on the phone named: Roxanne Sanchez, she was great.I called her only after the general customer service line was full with unusual "high volume." Roxanne was great. I'm still closing my account, but Roxanne did a great job explaining things to me.Unfortunately, I still have to go into the branch to close the account, which in this day and age, it's tedious to have to drive somewhere and wait in line.”

“Great customer service overall. My only issue is with the ATMs. I've been a member for years and continue to be happy with the staff, but I’m trying to understand what’s going on with the ATM situation.
Years ago, I assumed the ATMs were out of service because they looked outdated. This year, they were finally upgraded—the new machines look great, and I was thrilled to see they worked after hours. But when I returned a couple of weeks later… dear Jesus, the ATM was out of service again.
I genuinely don’t understand what the problem is. If I use another credit union’s ATM, I get charged. I’m really unsatisfied with these ongoing ATM issues.”
“Great credit union. Available pretty much everywhere. At this branch (West Covina), the employees are helpful and really do want to help members with financial decisions like mortgages, car loans, personal loans, and other financial tools.”

“When we bought our 2nd home they gave us the best deal and service. Now, with my new car I am financing some part of it, so I can purchase the extended warranty. A way of feeling safer by purchasing A Ford vehicle. However, we shopped around several credit unions. We looked at several Credit unions, some credit unions from work, and we also looked at many other credit unions. Nobody was able to beat their APR, of 3.49. Thank you Mr. D. Soleta and Vanessa”
“I have been frequenting this branch since '08. and as I've seen tellers come and go they all seem to have one thing in common. They actually take the time to learn, and call you by name. They have also mastered the 3 p's, patience.polite and pleasant. Good management George! “Good people working there and they are helpful. However today there was human poop by the ATM and I think someone step on it as well. I try calling a phone number to there bank to notify them but I was only able to talk to a robot, no direct phone number from a person working there.”
“I went to Bof A located at Amar Rd. West Covina branch.I was helped by Daniel Rocino and Jose Castro relationship banker.I have problems with my EDD card about to close. I have a very satisfactory experience with my visit.They are both very helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. Daniel is very patient and even took time to fix my problem. He definitely made me feel as a valued client. I highly recommend looking for Daniel if you have banking problems. He's a big asset to Bank of America.”
