“This is a great credit union. I have had astounding service during the years. Several days ago, I had the wonderful experience of having two exceptional young employees assist me with my auto loan. I had a wonderful reception from Anna Recendez, whom I later found to be the manager. I inquired about an auto loan formy new vehicle. Anna did the numbers and hooked me up with a great interest rate. However, i did have to return at a later date to sign the paperwork. During that particular visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Lidia Marquina. Lidia handled the remaining paperwork and numbers and got me a great interest rate. I signed all the docs and I really felt great about taking my business here.”

The first Chase representative that assisted me in establishing a Trust Savings Account was Irwin Soria. He was so professional and knowledgeable, polite sympathetic and kind. He was always researching the best options for me. He kept in touch with me throughout the process, confirming appointments with email as well as phone messages. My second great experience was Tiffany Chen Assistant VP private client banker. She was professional , focused and knowledgeable. She reviewed my account and recommended options to improve my financial wellbeing. These two outstanding employees of Chase are a great representation of old school Customer Service and work ethic. “I belong to the Lion's club, but have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 40 years, with my own private accounts. It always makes me feel good, when I can go in to the bank and I know the staff. Yes, they have cut down, on their staff, lets face it, change can be hard on old people like us, but in the end it is all good. Erica is the bank employee that I worked with, when I had to make changes to our accounts. She was helpful, friendly and went straight to business and how she was going to help us. “Today, I noticed that I had an overdraft charge on my account. Quite a few years ago, I had a similar problem, which I thought was corrected. I am very busy and I don't have time to chase after these things. I called their call center. The IVR is a pain, but I got through to a wonderful woman, Liz. She could tell I was frustrated and asked me questions. She checked my account, corrected the error and refunded the overdraft fees. Wow, I was very happy. Here's the amazing thing. Right before we ended the call, she double checked to make sure everything was done correctly. She found that their "system" was no going to pull funds from the overdraft loan line, not my savings account. She asked me a few more questions, corrected the problem and double checked everything again. Wow, that's amazing in this day and age! I thanked her for her exceptional work. This is the reason why I prefer credit unions over large banks. They care enough to do things the right way. I've been a member for many, many years and I will continue to use them for my banking needs.”

“When we bought our 2nd home they gave us the best deal and service. Now, with my new car I am financing some part of it, so I can purchase the extended warranty. A way of feeling safer by purchasing A Ford vehicle. However, we shopped around several credit unions. We looked at several Credit unions, some credit unions from work, and we also looked at many other credit unions. Nobody was able to beat their APR, of 3.49. Thank you Mr. D. Soleta and Vanessa”

They could have easily told me to commit to getting the card but instead they heard me out & recommended that it was best for me to not commit to a travel credit card if I didn't plan to travel 3-4x's a year. Roxanne was great. I'm still closing my account, but Roxanne did a great job explaining things to me.Unfortunately, I still have to go into the branch to close the account, which in this day and age, it's tedious to have to drive somewhere and wait in line.”
