“We have banked here for a few years and have very much appreciated ACCU's Christian values (+ specifically it's statement of faith!). We've also always received great customer service by phone (we live out of state). It's a little inconvenient to deal with the card limit, but as long as we plan ahead, it has easily been increased when needed for a purchase (since ACCU isn't open on the weekend, this requires planning before the weekend arrives). The rates on the High Yield savings acct are better than many other places we've checked.
Update 3/12/26 - ACCU rep Edward was PHENOMENAL. So kind, listened and took care of all the concerns/details, bent over backwards to help, super humble and helpful!!”

“There are three locations I usually go to depending on where I might be going. This location by far is my "favorite" because everyone is friendly. I usually have more than three transactions I have to do and they don't ever smirk or seem like it a bother, whereas other locations have exhibited that behavior.
