There usually isn't a long wait and I find the workers to be efficient and friendly.
At another UPS store, which I will not name, the lines are often long and the workers take a long time on one customer. That isn't necessarily the worker's fault, but it's still an inconvenience and happens often.
So, I highly recommend this UPS store.”

“Just like everyone else I went to this location to mail a package, left with my receipt and tracking number and thought that was the end of it. Several weeks later I contacted the company to see if they received the product I sent them, they said they did not and they need the tracking number. Since there was approximately two weeks from when I sent the package to when they should've received it I discarded the paperwork. I went to the store to ask if they could help me locate the tracking number. They very easily could have said, "no that information is purged from our system after a week", or "once an item is shipped we do not keep tracking numbers" or whatever excuse they wanted to come up with. But instead, both the lady at the store and her husband went out of their way to locate the tracking number and help me find out that this item was received by the company it was sent to. I was the one that lost the paperwork, but they took it upon themselves to painstakingly go through all of the items that were shipped and were able to locate the tracking number. To me, that is true customer service!”

“I’ve been coming to Postal Annex in Azusa for a while, and the service has always been great. The staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’ve used them for shipping packages, printing documents, and passport photos, and everything was handled smoothly.
What I like most is that they take the time to explain different shipping options instead of just trying to sell the most expensive one. The store is clean, organized, and usually gets customers in and out quickly. It’s nice to have a local place where you can get so many services done in one stop.
Definitely recommend if you’re in the Azusa area and need shipping, printing, notary, or other business services.”

“This UPS store was absolutely fantastic! Their warm and attentive service deeply impressed me. Yesterday, I went to drop off a package—seven large boxes—in a torrential downpour. A petite young white woman single-handedly carried everything from my car into the store; I didn't have to lift a single item. Her incredible ability amazed me. The boxes were so heavy I couldn‘t lift them at all. She helped me move everything. She was so capable! She even speaks Chinese. This kind young woman also thoughtfully dried the boxes with towels. Her Chinese colleague was also very friendly. The day before yesterday, when I went to the store for help, she was equally warm and attentive. This store is vibrant, everyone is smiling, and the service is top-notch. This is something I’ve never experienced at any other UPS store. I am truly grateful to them; this store in downtown Monnovia is wonderful. Unfortunately, I‘ve forgotten the names of both ladies. I sincerely wish them good luck.”
