“Very helpful staff. I went to pickup some packages and some boxes were to big to take home so I emptied them and the store employees helped me dispose of them. Thanks!”

“As always, it’s a pleasure coming to FedEx office print and ship Center of Baldwin Park. I come to this office at least five times per week. Each time greeted with smiles. I always look forward to coming in. Even my three-year-old son is very popular at this store, and he loves when he stops by with dad. I’ve been to many other FedEx office print and ship centers. This one by far is my favorite. To Maggie, Tony, Carla, and the other new associates, thank you for what you do.”

“You head into CVS and see the cashier. They will scan the package label and ask your phone number. If your phone number seems that it didn't do the trick, then they'll ask for email. Then once it goes through, you'll received a confirmation text to your phone that it was dropped off. They put your box on the floor behind the big counter. The UPS stop by twice a day, at what times IDK. She said they'll be coming by again later today. I went around 3:45pm.I wasn't sure where the UPS Access Point was at first. Then I finally saw the small text on google maps when you scroll all the way down that said "CVS".”

“It's a very small post office, right off Irwindale Ave and Arrow Hwy, on a side street directly across from a city park and the Irwindale Police Station. The parking lot has 4 spots, one is disabled only, however, there is parking permitted at it's curb on the street, which is why 4 stars. If you arrive at 2:00pm during weekdays, you'll have to come back at 2:30pm to allow the employees their lunch break. There's also the drive-up out-going stamped mailbox with the Priority Mailbox and Express in the parking area. It isn't as big as the Covina Post Office on Rimsdale or the West Covina P.O. nearby the West Covina Fashion Plaza which may discourage some but I find a bonus for no waiting, generally. It has a handicapped entrance and ramp next to disabled spot. And I've yet to see any of the postal employees being rude or unhelpful to any of the customers and there definitely is no woman by the door asking if you need stamps (really? it's so small, she'd get in the way if she existed) as one review claimed. I just like it because it's quick and easy if I need to go inside.”

“Look, I NEVER do reviews but I had to do one here because it definitely needs to be told. My address is tricky to find because every maps service just will not navigate to it (weird because you can see my house from the main street that it takes you to). Anyways, UPS most of the time fails to get our packages to our house except for one driver and when he’s not on duty we’re screwed. So after like the 6th time of another delivery failing to make it after I paid for two day shipping (stupid on my part) I lost it and called customer service and kind of flipped out on them because it seemed lazy that my address can be seen from the street but nobody drives like 1 extra minute to find it (not that hard). Anyways I get home after work thinking UPS left me hanging again, and it’s a UPS employee calling me saying she’s delivering my package on her way home. That means she used her personal gas and her own time off work to make sure I got my package the day it was supposed to be there when she didn’t have to. That’s going way above and beyond. Lo and behold she showed up and handed me the package (which was pretty important). Rarely will someone go out of their way to provide customer service like that, and it wasn’t even her fault. I probably didn’t even deserve to get my package today after getting so upset like a Karen. And she apologized too and I didn’t even expect and apology. Like wow, better than I would do. So yeah it’s just a package but it means a lot that someone would go out of their way to make sure something gets done and that someone else is happy—I respect that a lot. So yeah I had a semi-spiritual experience here with UPS today. Really cool and really kind of made my night for some reason. So yeah thanks for that Eunice. What a G.”
