“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”

“I brought in my daughter's Apple MACBOOK Pro for repair last Sunday since it turned on and off immediately within a few minutes. Luckily the shop was open and I dropped it off with Steve, the young man who worked there and also answered the phone when I called.I called back an hour later to check if he could fix it. To my surprise, he honestly told me to bring it to the Apple Store since there could be something wrong with its mother board and he could not do it. He did not charge me anything regardless of the time spent to open and try to figure it out. He also took a picture to show me he cleaned up the dust inside the laptop.Anyway, I will definitely come back next time if I need any other tech services since I trust this technician, Steve, for his profession and honesty!”

I came in with so many questions wanting to switch because my T-Mobile bill was +90$ for one line and I had previously asked the Cricket at the Santa Fe Springs locations for assistance and it was so bad (don't go there they have zero knowledge on cricket). He got me a excellent condition 5G Samsung S20 powerhouse phone for $219 and gave me a day to test it and I’m very happy with my purchase! Stop losing money buying new smartphones at retail cost or used phones from shady strangers. This shop will sell you a great refurbished for much cheaper! Phones that cost over a thousand dollars can be bought here for 1/3 the price! This is my new go to cell phone store! Great service and phenomenal prices!”
