Most things are Chinese based still they speak English just lots of signs in Chinese ( inside the grocery store ) however it’s the area I live in.
Sick of Verizon wireless &the whole billing department is a scam. I saw the sign outside 4 lines $100 promo or 5 $120 that’s amazing my bill with Verizon has never been under $340 for 4 lines and I couldn’t do it anymore

Both Derrick and Gabriel are straight to the point and make sure that you are getting the best service possible.
One thing I was suppressed that the shop did was offer other services and other plans that are very affordable and are really the best fit, just recently I needed to get some internet for my small room, and I was so frustrated and upset that the priced for a service are so expensive!!!
But here is where this shop comes into place, I usually visit the shop and strike up a conversation with either Derrick or Gabriel, and as soon as you walk in, you see a sign (pictured below ⬇️) for a program where they find you affordable internet, and after some consideration and some talking, I now have great working internet for a cheap price,

The Cricket branch I often go to is located on the south side of Nogales No. 1015 in Rowland Heights. The service attitude of every staff member is very good and they are very patient. There are many cheap phone plans to choose from. I didn’t know that the monthly mobile phone bill at home is very high. Since I chose this store, every month It has saved a lot of money for my family. Now we have bought a 4-line package for our family of 4. It is cost-effective and cheap, and the data is unlimited. My sales representative was Ivan he exemplifies what true customer service should be. He was courteous, knowledgeable and had a wonderful attitude. He should be commended. Today I went back to have my iPad data transferred to new iPad plus to turn in my old phone. Matt the manager assisted me until Ivan arrived. I can see why he is the manager because he also was very helpful knowledgeable and exemplified customer service. That store should be acknowledged by upper management for how they treat the public.
