“My favorite store in Beaumont. I go here for gifts every time I get invited to a birthday or gift exchange party. We have lots of pieces from here. Excellent customer service.”
“Very friendly, helpful and not pushy! They showed me many different pieces with different prices. And suggested the one on sale instead of the higher priced items.”
“Pedro is the best! We came to the store looking to buy a new dining set and a sectional couch, and we were assisted by Pedro right away. Ended up ordering stuff from their catalogue without seeing the furnitures in person as they didn’t have them in their showroom. The dining set and couch were delivered in less than a week. I instantly fell in love with the dining table and chairs, but wasn’t satisfied with the color and size of the couch, which was no fault at all by the store, and Pedro was so nice to let me return the couch and order a different one, which was just delivered today and I’m in love with it! Thank you Pedro and your two delivery guys for such a pleasant transaction”

“Had a great experience at Mattress Firm! Patricio was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the right mattress without making me feel pressured or rushed. He made the whole process easy and comfortable from start to finish. Great customer service—I definitely recommend asking for Patricio if you’re shopping for a new mattress!”
