“I really want to make a correction i Had bought a couple night stands and dressers .I had a problem with dresser he called me and made it right for me . He came out of his way to make me very happy with his customer service. They are making my dresser that the board was broke 100 percent to have it fixed . I have bought so many different furniture from them .I will always continue to purchase from them i have never ever had nothing wrong with anything i have bought from them . “Westend is great! We needed to replace the cushions for our teak lounges by the pool. After some research online, I found Westend. The entire process of working with them was easy -- I sent some photos and the dimensions of the cushions to them and I made some fabric selections and asked for an estimate of cost and time. As I was a little uncertain how the colors on the computer would translate into real world fabrics, they kindly sent two swatches for the colors we were considering. We placed our order, made our deposit, and in about four weeks the cushions were ready. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, the team could not have been kinder, and we are very happy with the results! We were so pleased, we even returned to them to make four lumbar pillows as well. Super pleased with the results and I highly recommend them if you are considering custom cushions and pillows.”
