“I wish more people took advantage of this great commissary. It was not crowded at all. Well, I have to be honest, I have been married to an honorably discharged service connected veteran for almost 30 years & I just got an ID card this year & we have not been taking advantage of all of the benefits that are offered. This is a great location. They offer so many great items at really good prices. I am not sure if the people who bag & take your groceries to the car are paid by the commissary, but they do take tips. They are very nice & helpful. The cashier even pointed out coupons that are offered throughout the store for us to use for additional savings. These people are the best.”
“Often the best gasoline prices on the way from Orange County CA to Las Vegas. Conveniently located a few blocks off of the 15 freeway, with plenty of room for large vehicles to maneuver.”
“I'd rather go here than any grocery store, you wouldn't have any problem with your wic like other stores that are always having issues making a big line while customers are complaining because some of youritems you thought wic covered doesn't want to ring up. 10/10 I recommend to anybody that is either expecting or have little ones. Trust you wouldn't have any problems you'll be a satisfied customer here ?”
“It's a cool spot, clean outside, lots of things to see inside of the store, some of the prices are high but all in all it's a good thing. The two men that I've seen behind the registers are nice and polite for the most part. Each time that I've been in there with my fiance I haven't had any issues. The best part is that the times that I've been, there were not people or peddlers hanging around outside”
“The whole staff is helpful and kind. You can see they work hard to try to get their stock up and out of the way for customers. It’s cool that there is produce here so we don’t have to drive into town all the time. Walking here is convenient too. They are all doing a good job ??”

“Never been to dollar general till recently , they have quite a bit of variety and at lower prices than most retail shops . They even have a frozen section with some pretty decent food . Definitely will continue shopping here . They also do curbside pick up now”

“It's not the best Mexican market I know ...BUT it's the ONLY real Mexican market for 30 miles. So then, if you want traditional home made, Mexican grub, stop by here. The padre is the butcher, and the Madre is mean. He's cool, she's all business.”

“I don't live in So.Cal anymore, but every time I pass the Stater Bros. In Barstow, I stop to shop here (especially for their meat) Immaculate store, friendly folks, big selections, and great prices...just like I remember Stater Bros always being! It's probably the only thing I really miss living in Las Vegas! Next time my Vegas friends travel back home on the 15, make a stop at the Barstow Staters and have a look for yourself!! It won't disappoint!”
