“I like the personality of the entire team very happy and helpful. They have the honestly qualities in them, l feel the way they present themselves to others rare qualities.”
“Went in because I had hit a speedbump going too fast... and had a wobble in my steering wheel. Had already tried another shop in town with no help so didn't go in here too hopeful. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and I think he could tell I was a little flustered. He was very quick to have it looked at and determined I had a bad tire. Was in the process of that replacement when the tech noticed another tire was also damaged so they communicated right away and expressed their apologies it wasn't caught initially and that the cost was going to be double. Which can be a big shock. They handled the situation with compassion and I truly felt like they cared about the safety of myself and vehicle. My wheel wobble is all gone and I'm back on the road. I can't thank them enough, not just for fixing the thing but for the way they provided the service.”

“I have called them on a few occasions. Always professional, friendly, and communicative. They say they will arrive at a certain time and they do arrive on time. It sure does eliminate the need to travel to a shop and wait, saving valuable time very convenient. Will definitely keep coming back if needed.”
“I can't even explain how happy I was for the man who was there today to help me. I went to another tire shop first and the other shop refused service on account of there was only one employee there, I went to Mota's and he was busy answering phone calls talking to guests that drove up & taking care of my car effortlessly without breaking a sweat & when it was all said and done. The man gave me my money back. Because he didn't have to do a patch but he did take my tire off and help ease my nerves so I tipped him for his troubles best service I've had in a long time. Very nice people as well.”
“Before & during our 6 hr road trip we were having issues with a tire which was replaced and repaired twice. We were close to Barstow & looked for a tire shop that does wheel repairs; I noticed this one had really good reviews so we call them & went in. 30 to 40 minutes later we were on our way! Really appreciate their work, they were very professional and knew what to do... highly recommended them🤗”
“I've going for 3 yrs now and I won't go anywhere else. Debbie & Jamie treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door. Very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful.”

“Had a flat and needed a new tire. Walmart didn't have any sizes that could fit my car and wanted too much even if they did. Don't buy from corporations when small and local shops like Mota's exist! I was in and out in seriously 5 minutes. Great prices, great service, and great people.”
“Courteous nice. Reasonable prices. And very professional. Bathrooms are clean and decent actually that you use them many places in barstows says no. Nice place for a quick fix tire wise”

“They're open 24 hours. The mechanic knew right away what was wrong n was able to fix it.
Background, I got new tires before I left on my trip from big ol tires. two hours in, the tire pressure sensor went on. one of the tires was losing air, fast. The valve stem was bad, n big ol tires in Vegas didn't address it when I got new tires that same day there. For this store, n the mechanic, I was able to get home safe. Thank you so much Frankie's West Coast tires!!”
