“Went in because I had hit a speedbump going too fast... and had a wobble in my steering wheel. Had already tried another shop in town with no help so didn't go in here too hopeful. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and I think he could tell I was a little flustered. He was very quick to have it looked at and determined I had a bad tire. Was in the process of that replacement when the tech noticed another tire was also damaged so they communicated right away and expressed their apologies it wasn't caught initially and that the cost was going to be double. Which can be a big shock. They handled the situation with compassion and I truly felt like they cared about the safety of myself and vehicle. My wheel wobble is all gone and I'm back on the road. I can't thank them enough, not just for fixing the thing but for the way they provided the service.”

“If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend Fast Track Towing. Every one of their drivers is friendly and focused on helping you as quickly as possible. Ben was my driver this time—he was professional and gave me great advice that saved me at least $100, maybe more”

“Called for a quote and the lady that answered was very friendly, and quoted us a price cheaper than everyone else in Barstow. We decided to go along with ARC towing and they sent someone out to us immediately. The guy was fast and efficient, and got our car back home in a fast manner. Overall impressed with the speedy service and reasonable prices. I highly recommend more people give this tow company a chance!”

“I broke my Jeep offroading near Randsburg California. I used my AAA 100 mile tow and they sent American towing. Drivers were professional and cool. I called the company that morning and scheduled the tow. They were on time to pick up my Jeep and on time at the drop off location. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Jose was amazing! Our situation was a little complex and he handled it well - he took the initiative to problem solve; confirm everything was good with myself (the customer) and his company, In order to proceed with the tow. As a frequent driver (and my drivers), who unfortunately deal with tows frequently- when we pass through Bakersfield often; Panorama Truck Repair & Towing Service will be the only company I will use for my company. And will be requesting Jose”

“They're open 24 hours. The mechanic knew right away what was wrong n was able to fix it. Background, I got new tires before I left on my trip from big ol tires. two hours in, the tire pressure sensor went on. one of the tires was losing air, fast. The valve stem was bad, n big ol tires in Vegas didn't address it when I got new tires that same day there. For this store, n the mechanic, I was able to get home safe. Thank you so much Frankie's West Coast tires!!”
