The staff was super helpful and made sure I felt completely confident with the vehicle and equipment before heading out on our adventure. My husband and I had the BEST experience at this Enterprise location. For our 3.5 week roadtrip along the west coast and its national parks we rented a white Jeep Cherokee hybrid. The car itself was in great condition, which made our trip so comfortable. No problems at all!
What really stands out at this Enterprise location is the superb customer service! The entire experience from the moment we walked in, left with the car until we dropped it off again, was just fantastic. Odette was so nice and efficient. “Stopped in after picking up a piece of furniture from savers that would not fit in my sedan. I stopped by and Pebbles helped me pick out a minivan which was perfect for my quick haul. She showed me how to put the seats down and stow them away for a perfect flat loading floor.
