“I was welcomed and checked in by Theresa and she was wonderful! So professional and friendly! I was seen so quickly and not to mention the testing was very easy and fast! Theresa made me feel so comfortable and she was so knowledgeable about the testing process and I knew I had nothing to worry about. Facility was very clean and the waiting room’s decor and the lovely incense gave such a homely feel HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
“We were in town for only 3 days when my daughter came down with a high fever. Checked online for nearby urgent care facilities with high reviews and chose this one. The front desk staff, the nurses and medical assistants as well as the physician were very friendly, took great care of my daughter and we were in and out within 30 minutes with diagnosis and medication. Highly recommend.”

“Recently I came to Dr. Arani for HPV, he successfully removed the warts and rid me of the plague. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I hope anyone with this issue sees Dr Arani to get treated. I was surprised to learn how many people are affected by this STD.”
“I might be only twelve years of age and never got needles in my knees for Stem Cells but I come to this place almost everyday and everytime I come past the lobby and I see all their employee's working - I can tell they're working really hard. Everyone is at work for about 8 hours a day and another 4 hours at home. I never stop hearing the phone ringer go off! It's none stop. - This is also a multi-language business which is awesome! I sometimes help my mom with very small things like : cleaning up the offices or writing down her agenda on the whiteboard. I'm very limited right now for doing this stuff because I am currently doing many sports. - but so far... this place saves lives and will continue its great works. Thanks for letting me say my opinion.”

“Our mother had her immigration physical here and we were so satisfied with the care received throughout the whole process. It's unfortunate that they do not have immunizations available at the office, hence the reason I gave them one star less (4/5) but other than that, Dr. Shaw was very helpful, attentive and thorough. Maria was very helpful, as well. We would definitely recommend this office for anyone who needs an immigration physical or if needing a family practitioner.”

“This was my 2nd time here. Very clean, organized, most of all friendly staff. We had Charlotte . She was so sweet. I didn't have my proper documentation that my PCP sent me with. She went out of her way contacted my DR and made sure they sent it over electronically. We were in and out within 20 min . Not only that but, she is a great steady hand to draw blood. Thanks again Charlotte. Hope I get you again when I go back for lab work.”
“I really get so much anxiety from coming to these places and getting blood drawn, but this was my BEST experience in all the many times I've done it:) Allison was so helpful and efficient in helping me find my insurance that I couldn't find. She also printed me a copy which was so sweet and helpful of her. And Jennifer was so perfect with how she kept me calm and was able to make it COMPLETELY PAINLESS. Nurses always seem to have a problem with finding my vein but she is a PRO. Highly recommend this Labcorp and if I ever need lab work again I will be returning to this location and hoping that both Allison and Jennifer are there! I'm truly happy with my experience thereI would also like to add that the location is not the best nor is it in the most appealing building but the ladies in the office are a GEM and totally make up for that”
“I have waited over an hour at another location even with an appointment. My experience at this location was incredible. I checked in 10 minutes early and was seen within a minute. I was in and out before my appointment time. The technician was friendly and did a great job.”
“The ladies are always so kind when I'm here. I actually had to come back later that same day and one of the phlebotomists remembered me.. I can't imagine how many people she'd seen that day so it was truly lovely to be recognized. Plenty of street parking but they do have a garage as well. Bonus is that there's a donut shop just across the street :)”

“Quick. Professional. Easy. I took samples of popcorn ceiling to Micron Environmental Labs to have tested for asbestos on a Thursday morning. The assistants at the front desk helped me fill out paperwork, so I was in and out within 10 minutes. $50 per test seemed kind of pricey - but I understand why now. They send their findings and report back within the next day, as advertised. In the emailed report there was also a break down of the sample, so I understood what percentages of material the sample contained. I appreciated the efficiency and professionalism of Micron, and will take other samples here in the future!”

“I've had a few different doctors, but Dr.Parveen Kaur, was honestly the best doctor I have ever had, other doctors that I have seen before her could not get my virus under control and undetectable, until I met Dr. Kaur, she adjust some of my medication, and was manage to get my viral load undetectable, and I will forever be grateful for that!, She was always a very thorough by communicating with me about my health and care, she told me personally that she had to resign and it was her choice, I was very saddened, and very disappointed to see her go, she was the best doctor I had ever had, and I miss her so very much, they're going to have a new doctor there at the El monte office, and I hope everything goes fine, with this new doctor, I will keep you up to date.”

“I've been here twice and both times have been pleasant. I waited 15 minutes which is understandable for a short staffed lab. Don't blame them blame the system that underhires and overworks our healthcare workers and uses older technology. Make an appointment, make sure you have your labs or confirm your doctor sent the order and you'll be helped in a timely fashion. Anyways, I always get a handful of vials done and its always painless.”

“I have been coming for 15 years.I even have Kaizer and I don't go to Kaizer cause I know they won't cure my illness.Dr Serna and it's staff just get it done.Yes, they don't take insurance and no they won't take you to the cleaners either.They are fair and honest as they come and most importantly, you will get told the truth and get healed.All the negative reviews on this clinic are not true.This is a honest clinic with real results.They have rules and I just respect their rules.They also have way too many patience for a little clinic and one phenomenal Dr named Dr Serna.I would be lost physically without his true care for my body and that of my wife and 2 kids.I don't take my family nowhere else.Why not?
