“This was my 2nd time here. Very clean, organized, most of all friendly staff. We had Charlotte . She was so sweet. I didn't have my proper documentation that my PCP sent me with. She went out of her way contacted my DR and made sure they sent it over electronically. We were in and out within 20 min . Not only that but, she is a great steady hand to draw blood. Thanks again Charlotte. Hope I get you again when I go back for lab work.”

“I really get so much anxiety from coming to these places and getting blood drawn, but this was my BEST experience in all the many times I've done it:) Allison was so helpful and efficient in helping me find my insurance that I couldn't find. She also printed me a copy which was so sweet and helpful of her. And Jennifer was so perfect with how she kept me calm and was able to make it COMPLETELY PAINLESS. Nurses always seem to have a problem with finding my vein but she is a PRO. Highly recommend this Labcorp and if I ever need lab work again I will be returning to this location and hoping that both Allison and Jennifer are there! I'm truly happy with my experience thereI would also like to add that the location is not the best nor is it in the most appealing building but the ladies in the office are a GEM and totally make up for that”
“I have been coming for 15 years.I even have Kaizer and I don't go to Kaizer cause I know they won't cure my illness.Dr Serna and it's staff just get it done.Yes, they don't take insurance and no they won't take you to the cleaners either.They are fair and honest as they come and most importantly, you will get told the truth and get healed.All the negative reviews on this clinic are not true.This is a honest clinic with real results.They have rules and I just respect their rules.They also have way too many patience for a little clinic and one phenomenal Dr named Dr Serna.I would be lost physically without his true care for my body and that of my wife and 2 kids.I don't take my family nowhere else.Why not? First time ever being to a clinic to get tested, was super nervous and upset that I had to even be there (unfaithful partner) but they were SOOOO accommodating!Not sure what the review is about that says if you have symptoms you won't be seen, this is incorrect. I had symptoms and they had no issue servicing me like anyone else.Lucky enough to have received treatments same day I got tested! Also getting started on PrEP!TRULLY beneficial visit, one stop shop for whatever you need sexual health wise!”

He knew the exact requirements for my country. Did the test at 9:00 am, received the results at 3:00 pm. It was really fast. Will totally recommend this lab.”

“Had a great experience here! I took my dad to get blood work done here and it was easy peasy. Made an appointment online and showed up for my appointment about 10 min early. The waiting room was totally dead! It was just us. Shortly after checking-in using the kiosk, they called our name. Sonia drew my dads blood and she was great! Super kind and sweet. She was very patient as well as my dads English is not great. Tip: the kiosk will scan your ID and insurance card so be sure to bring that. And always have your lab order printed as they will ask for it. Side note, the parking lot can be quite busy. Either way, a great Quest experience! I'd come back to this location!”
“That was the fastest blood test I have ever had in my life. My appointment was at 8:10 AM. I arrived at 8:06, checked in by 8:09, called at 8:13, and I walked out the door at 8:17. The phlebotomist was deadpan and matter-of-fact, which I guess could be seen as having a less-than-stellar bedside manner, but that is something that does not personally bother me. When I can get in and out of a blood test in LOS ANGELES of all places in less than 15 minutes, I'd let the phlebotomist call me a little bitch for wincing while the needle went in for all I care. Next time I need a blood test, I'll definitely be coming back here. I want to add, the woman in the waiting room helping people check in at the two available tablets was amazing. She was kind, cheerful, and witty, which was so refreshing at 8 in the morning on a Monday. I wish I had gotten her name; she had grey hair and glasses and spoke fluent Spanish and English with the patients.”

“Gets packed. Went in on a Saturday morning for Covid testing. They tell you results take 24-48 hrs. It is Thursday. No sign of the results yet. I called and got the results emailed right away!”
“Excelente service! Everyone we talked to was extremely helpful. Front desk was clear & kind. They gave us an estimate right away, which was the main reason why we decided to go with this clinic. Since we don't have insurance, we had been searching for a fair priced Urgent Care all over Los Angeles, and everywhere front desk would say "we don't know, you have to see the doctor first". It was easier to apply for government help then to get a ballpark estimate. But this clinic was straightforward about everything, from beginning to end. We had a small surgery in there with local anesthesia and all, and at the end, we left having spend less than $350. And the doctor was knowledgeable, experienced and empathetic. Yes, it's cash only. Yes, you have to wait if you're a walk-in. Yes, it's a lot of money you didn't expect to spend. But it's a fair price for great service provided by people that actually want to help you. I'm very grateful to everyone at this clinic.”
