“I have been ordering medical supplies from Merit 1-2 times per month for the last few years. They always ship the items out quickly and have very affordable pricing. The best part for me though is their customer service. I had a rare issue with an order today and they replaced the entire order for me at no charge. Alexandra Vega in particular has been great to work with, and is my go-to for questions. I can highly recommend them as a supplier that is reliable and easy to work with.”
“I highly recommend this pharmacy my family members used to get their medications there for a couple of years but ended up leaving two years ago because of the unprofessional service . Today my mom and aunt had a doctor's appointment at one of the clinics down he Street from Cameron and the nurses at the clinic recommend Cameron again because now they have a very professional and very polite person that works at Cameron her name is Martha Rodriguez . So I called and found this place in LA. I got there and place was in a mini mall. Not the best looking outside but inside many boots. Grace right away helped me to get the boot I needed. “My new foster dog and I are taking a road trip tomorrow. Whereas the dog is new to me, he is12 years old. He sometimes becomes nervous in the car; for that reason I wanted to see if there was something I could give the dog to make him calmer and more comfortable. I am so glad I stopped in at this pharmacy. The pharmacist spent at least a half an hour with me going through all the things that I could do for the dog. You don’t get that kind of service at big chain pharmacies with big lines! You can tell everybody who works there cares so much about their customers and about their business, and it is a real pleasure to be able to go to a pharmacy like that! I will return repeatedly and everyone should check out this place!”

“If it wasn’t for Laura and Desiree , I wouldn’t be with ROTECH! I tried for over a year to finally receive my supplies for my CPAP! machine. It took over a year for Laura and Desiree to finally get my account and my supplies straightened out! I have never seen a business so screwed up!
As far as I am concerned, ROTECH lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE and the ONLY 2 that have CUSTOMER SERVICE are the OFFICE MANAGER in Encino and the DISTRICT MANAGER in PASADENA! These two are the ONLY ONES that I have found at ROTECH that believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE!

“To my surprise when I called in to get the price of something that I wanted, it was very simple to get an answer from the person that answered the phone his name was M u z z he was very nice and to the point, then gave me the price on the internet and took my word for the fact that I got a 5% discount but I couldn't get the code number for him! It was very simple and I got a great deal, there wasn't a lot of fake words spoken it was to the point and I like that!”
