So I called and found this place in LA. I got there and place was in a mini mall. Not the best looking outside but inside many boots. Grace right away helped me to get the boot I needed. “If it wasn’t for Laura and Desiree , I wouldn’t be with ROTECH! I tried for over a year to finally receive my supplies for my CPAP! machine. It took over a year for Laura and Desiree to finally get my account and my supplies straightened out! I have never seen a business so screwed up!
As far as I am concerned, ROTECH lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE and the ONLY 2 that have CUSTOMER SERVICE are the OFFICE MANAGER in Encino and the DISTRICT MANAGER in PASADENA! These two are the ONLY ONES that I have found at ROTECH that believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE!
