I have been dealing with this business for well over 16 years, yet I felt compelled to specifically mention Grant Jenkins, this particular gentleman in my book is a true all-star. Meaning, every single time, no matter how many times I would call or email him for instructions, advice on using my chamber etc., he doesn’t leave any stones unturned (his demeanor is pleasant, he listens) and you as a customer, never feel like you have to get a second opinion from anywhere else. Questions always answered, if not that day; defintely the next day. It is a true pleasure interacting with such a knowledgeable person, who represents an industry leading company such as Oxyhealth, in the field of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).”
“Play been going here since I was a teenager I'm 47 now the people who work there are really nice considering how pocket gets but they're very fast unprofessional everyone tries to get to know you by your name then when they see you again to go pick up your medicine and they always tell you by your name if they remember you but I like going there it feels like a family are they make you feel like a family”

Staff was very professional and accommodating to our schedule. My husband learned how to use the machine and hasn't had any issues with it. Today, I called to order a 3 month supply with auto ship and they were happy to help me with the process.”
“I was very lucky to have found Everything Medical! All other wheelchair repair places only go thru insurance - the worst part they will ONLY repair your current most recent chair from Medicare. I still have my wheelchair that I used as a kid and still use it for the inside of the house since it's so small hallway, doorway & room. Anyhow I needed new upholstery I stopped by these people are Angels! I was able to order the parts and drop off the chair the day of service it was ready in less than 3 hours. “Renting medical equipment when you live out of the area can be challenging. We went to visit family and my mobility-impaired husband needed a transport chair . We don't own one as he only uses one when we travel. I looked up medical supply places in the area we were going to, read the reviews, and contacted A & M Medical. They were excellent to work with, delivered and picked up the chair from the hotel we were staying at, and provided a very nice brand new chair at a reasonable price. My niece is a physical therapist and she was impressed with the chair- said for a rental it was very nice. It is sad to say, however these days I am impressed when someone does what they say they will do!! I recommend A & M supply and appreciate their services.”

“I went to the doctor and she told me I have a foot fracture...you need a boot. I called everyone. They didn't have my size. They told me to go on Amazon. But I was in pain. So I called and found this place in LA. I got there and place was in a mini mall. Not the best looking outside but inside many boots. Grace right away helped me to get the boot I needed. There is one fitting area, parking here is humungous, set of scrubs $40 and below. Pj's $11- etc etc .. “I called AME at 4:30pm on a Saturday with an urgent medical supply need, and Jason answered the phone. That was the first surprising thing since these days it's so hard getting to a live person. He politely quoted me over the phone and since I was coming from nearly 30mins away, he said he'd be willing to wait for me past the 5pm closing. We got there a few minutes after 5pm, and he still patiently answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed at all, and he didn't give us any attitude when we still had a bunch of questions. He even called his boss to ask if they could make an exception to their return policy in case it didn't fit (they couldn't). Jason is seriously a refreshing face to the retail sales experience. This guy should get a raise! Thanks, Jason.”

“I have been very happy dealing with Shop-Orthopedics.. I've been dealing with knee problems and using compression sleeves for many years. I ordered a few sleeves from S-O.. No fault of theirs' two of the sleeves did not provided the support I needed. I kept the other ones... Without any problem, I was able to return the two and they gave me a prompt refund...
