Instead of turning me away, the kind mechanics took the time to diagnose and help me out in a moment of stress. A special shout out to the mechanic (I didn’t get his name but he has gauges) who waited over an hour after for the right part to get delivered and ensure the issue was resolved. Much appreciated!!!”

“Okay... Martinez & the staff here at Allen Tire gave me a genuinely great customer service experience. No one likes having car troubles & being without your car. They didn't try to sell me anything but something happened to my van that Allen was not responsible for. Let me be clear. The problem came from years of neglect nothing they did however & here's the crazy part... Martinez made it a priority & went waaaaayyyy above & beyond to try to isolate & fix my problem. I'm actually pretty blown away with the level of service & the willingness to really address the problem at such a level. I'm really impressed. Been coming here for tire stuff for 28 years. I'm 45 now & after this I will 100% use this shop for all my auto needs that they can accommodate. I can't say enough positive things. I don't even know what the outcome of my van is yet. They still have it. But I'm telling you now that regardless of the final outcome they have busted their butt's to do whatever they can to help make it the best it can be. Thanks Martinez!”
“I cannot say enough good things about the mechanics at the 76 station on Bellflower and Del Amo. Been dealing with an interior leak for ages, and I figured out it was the AC drain that was clogged. Took it in today, and they put it right on the lift, cleared it in 5 minutes, about a gallon of water came out and required clean-up in their shop, and they didn't charge me at all. I had to fight them to take a $20 tip. Really great guys, always take great care of our cars.We took the 1999 4Runner in, for what was quoted at another place to be an ignition issue, going to cost $500 or so, and they figures out that wasn't the issue at all. $150 out the door.These people are honest, fast, and super nice.”

The location is great. You can drop your car off and easily grab a meal or go shopping. There are lots of shopping choices from the Lakewood Mall, Best Buy, and even Home Depot.”

“This place is easy to get in and out of with wide areas between the gas pumps you can pull a large vehicle and ever no problem they have a mechanic on site called Jim's Automotive and it's pretty awesome Small shop but they get a lot of work done in that little place also and I hear their prices are fair and honest. Be careful pulling back out on the boulevard because sometimes cars seem to be going twice the speed limit or more and they sneak up on you pretty quick also well lit at night with water and air”
“If you have an older car that needs a mechanics attention and not one who just relays on computers to tell you what’s wrong with your car, these are your guys!
They may not answer the first call, but leave a message and they’ll get back to you. What’s important is their knowledge of actual mechanics which I find is getting rare these days 🙏”

“I took my car in for a full synthetic oil change along with replacing the brakes and rotors and I couldn’t be more content with the service and staff. I was assisted by the store manager Jeremey along with Alina, Chris, Johnny and Israel who did the oil change. “Cannot say enough good things about Mac’s Automotive.
I own a Jeep Wrangler JK and unfortunately I had the bad fortune of taking it to another shop that butchered my intake manifold threads, installed a non-OEM fuel injector, broke parts, etc. True nightmare of a wack job.
Tony, Mac, and their crew were as professional as it gets. Not only did they provide top customer service at every stage, but Mac and his crew were generous enough to explain and show me the aftermath the prior shop had done, clearly making an effort to be transparent on the investment I was about to make to fix the prior wacko service on my engine. Communication was 10/10.
If you want to play roulette with a mechanic go pick whichever 4-5 star auto shops out there (what I unknowingly did), but if you want reliability, expertise, and professionalism, Mac’s Automotive are your guys. Thank you Mac, Tony, and Crew, you guys rock.”
