“Avis Midway is the best location in Southern California hands down. Jesse has great customer service skills and has been helpful every time I’ve came in or called in the last 7 months I’ve rented from this location, even on Sundays. He’s made me feel like I’m more than just a number to them. I thought it was just me but after coming here to write my own review. I see this man bends over backwards for us all. As a rideshare driver renting a car weekly through the Uber platform. I no longer feel like I’m walking on egg shells week to week as other locations have made me feel over the past 2 years relying on their service. “I reserved a low cost compact over the phone. A couple of hours later, I went to pick up- be sure you have the correct documentation, cards included. Staff members were very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. (even after I left the location) It took for me about 20-25 minutes to pick up the car, and that was with 3 other parties ahead of me.
I'm back to complete my review. I've returned the vehicle, inspection was done, and inspector thoughtfully executed a survey on my experience. And altogether; Outstanding. This was my first time renting a vehicle, and this Enterprise near Cherry & Willow made this such an excellent experience. I will be recommending this location to others, and if I need another rental in the future- this is the place I'll go.”

“Everything went perfectly and I had no issues with the process though I am SO HAPPY that I followed my first mind and took a video of the car before I drove off of their lot. They were about to charge me for damage that was already there and the sad part is that had I not pulled it up on my phone I wouldn’t have been able to prove that it was there when I rented it. Idk if they knew that was there (the light was already damaged but they tried to say that I caused that scratch to the side of it which clearly was done by whoever broke the light) ..
Overall we are all human and things get accidentally looked over so always make sure that you video the car before you drive off”

“I rented a 16’ Refrigeration Box Truck with a liftgate from Suppose U Drive for a full week during Valentine’s season, and the experience was excellent. Ricardo was very helpful and kind throughout the process. The truck was delivered on time, which was extremely important for my business, and the person who delivered and picked it up took the time to clearly explain how to use everything.
The truck itself performed very well, and I was very satisfied overall. Their service really helped my business run smoothly during a very busy time. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!”

“We rented Polaris Slingshots this past weekend and had the most amazing time! Andrew, who handles the rentals, was absolutely fantastic. He was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish.
The Slingshots were so much fun and got looks everywhere we went. We rode for 10.5 hours out of our 12-hour day, then kept them for the full 24-hour rental so we could get a few more hours in the next day. It was such a great experience and honestly one of the most fun weekends we’ve had.
I would absolutely do it again and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat!”
