“I came in the store today to get some info on an iPad and all the fixings to come with it. Paul was so kind and patient, he answered everything I need to know. He definitely went above and beyond. And not to mention it was busy, he was quick but didn't make me feel rushed or anything. I will make sure to come back when I purchase so he gets all the sales credit! All the staff here at this location are truly the best. I've been to other locations or have called & they are garbage. Definitely not trained the same! Keep up the great work guys!”
“This was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a phone store and I don’t say that lightly. The service here is absolutely top tier. Gio, the manager, went above and beyond in every way possible. He didn’t just answer my questions, he broke everything down clearly, gave me his honest opinion on the device I was considering, and made sure I truly understood my options.
What really stood out is that he wasn’t trying to sell me anything. His priority was genuinely helping me and my family get the absolute most value out of our plan. He strategized with me, showed me ways to maximize benefits, and made sure we walked out with the best setup possible, brand new devices and all, without feeling pressured for a second.
It’s rare to find someone who actually cares more about the customer than the commission, but that’s exactly the vibe Gio gives off. I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews, but exceptional service deserves recognition. If you’re coming to this location, ask for Gio. You won’t regret it.”

“I’ve had such a great experience at TMobile in Pico Rivera that I have to post about my experience. I randomly walked in to switch providers and was helped by Jose Blanco. Genuinely nice guy and very patient in answering any and all questions we had. The deal was made but it was closing time so there were still many open items and things to clarify. Since that day we’ve called for Jose and he called back when he became available, and we went in for a few follow up visits and we specifically asked for Jose as he knew what we were trying to accomplish with our new plan. Each time, he welcomed us and continued to be friendly and patient as we required a lot of help getting set up, this was mainly due to us not being fully ready up front for the transition. We are now set up with all the details thanks to Jose. Also, I can confirm that TMobile maybe has the best coverage I’ve experienced in the Los Angeles area. Job well done, happy so far with TMobile and a lot of the sentiment has to do with our experience with Jose. Thanks man!”
