He could tell I was already frustrated, especially after having to spend time on the phone with Verizon, and he was incredibly patient and understanding.
He answered every question I had, made sure everything was ready before contacting Verizon, and communicated each step along the way. Most importantly, he made sure to show me that everything was completely resolved before I left.
