“I communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs. Thank you very much Leslie and Venture Heat.”
“I have been a customer of Medico for several years now. Initially I was attracted by the pricing. That remains competitive. What I really appreciate about this company is the excellent customer service. Tim Brown has been my delivery man for several years and he goes out of the way to give me excellent customer service. The area manager Craig also has done a great job for me whenever I needed to talk to him about my contract or adjusting my orders. But I think what is particularly impressive is that my location is way off the beaten track, but Tim always manages to get my linens delivered even if it involves some tricky backing up and turning around.”

Meaning, every single time, no matter how many times I would call or email him for instructions, advice on using my chamber etc., he doesn’t leave any stones unturned (his demeanor is pleasant, he listens) and you as a customer, never feel like you have to get a second opinion from anywhere else. Questions always answered, if not that day; defintely the next day. It is a true pleasure interacting with such a knowledgeable person, who represents an industry leading company such as Oxyhealth, in the field of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).”

“My Resmed S9 ASV had a "motor fault" message showing on the screen. I called Advans CPAP spoke to Louis. I shipped it there and he fixed in 3 days and promptly shipped it back. It was a reasonable charge. I initially was hesitant to ship it, because I didn't know who these people are, but the reviews were good. I am so glad that I did. I've used the machine for a couple of days now and it works like it did before I had this problem. I will trust them for all my CPAP needs. Thank you Louis and Advans CPAP.”
“I am a CRPS patient and when one of my pain management doctors recommended a spinal cord stimulator, another doctor was completely against it because of the low success rate and many possible complications. He then handed me a brochure about H-Wave and prescribed it for me as a trial. Within the first week my horrific ugly crying unimaginable pain was SIGNIFICANTLY reduced!! At week three I am sleeping through the night, on ZERO pain meds and even coming off the rest of my medications. The pain is 99% GONE. The swelling has also been greatly reduced. This machine has given me hope that I thought was lost. I was grieving a life that I thought I would never see again. The thought of never being able to run or enjoy any of the outdoor activities again crushed me completely. I’m a veteran firefighter and tough is my middle name, so I was ready to battle whatever was ahead of me. My injury occurred Sept 12, ‘21 and I can finally say I have hope again for a future. I have hope to get my life back. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU H-WAVE!!!”
“A great big shout out to Rick for a very fast fix to my malfunctioning three wheel scooter. My scooter would not engage the motor, but battery was fine. I took it over to the store. He did a quick inspection of a connection and found a bent pin. He straighten out the pin, and the scooter ran fine. I tried to pay him, he refused the money cause he said he didn't do any thing..but I explained to him ....it saved me a lot of trouble. He wished me a Merry Christmas...he really is a nice guy...”

“I went to this place yesterday to look for a motorized scooter for myself as I am finding that my endurance is not what it used to be. I'm sorry that I didn't ask for the name of the young man who assisted me. He was kind, thorough, and took time to show me the features of the portable scooter I was interested in. There was a great selection to pick from. I would, definitely go back to this store if I am ever in need of medical supplies. I live in Long Beach. I'm sure there are medical supply places in Long Beach, but I'm completely satisfied with this place. woman who does my hair suggested this store. I would recommend this place to others.
