“To my surprise when I called in to get the price of something that I wanted, it was very simple to get an answer from the person that answered the phone his name was M u z z he was very nice and to the point, then gave me the price on the internet and took my word for the fact that I got a 5% discount but I couldn't get the code number for him! “A great big shout out to Rick for a very fast fix to my malfunctioning three wheel scooter. My scooter would not engage the motor, but battery was fine. I took it over to the store. He did a quick inspection of a connection and found a bent pin. He straighten out the pin, and the scooter ran fine. I tried to pay him, he refused the money cause he said he didn't do any thing..but I explained to him ....it saved me a lot of trouble. He wished me a Merry Christmas...he really is a nice guy...”
“I communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs. Thank you very much Leslie and Venture Heat.”

“My Resmed S9 ASV had a "motor fault" message showing on the screen. I called Advans CPAP spoke to Louis. I shipped it there and he fixed in 3 days and promptly shipped it back. It was a reasonable charge. I initially was hesitant to ship it, because I didn't know who these people are, but the reviews were good. I am so glad that I did. I've used the machine for a couple of days now and it works like it did before I had this problem. I will trust them for all my CPAP needs. Thank you Louis and Advans CPAP.”

“I have been a customer of Medico for several years now. Initially I was attracted by the pricing. That remains competitive. What I really appreciate about this company is the excellent customer service. Tim Brown has been my delivery man for several years and he goes out of the way to give me excellent customer service. The area manager Craig also has done a great job for me whenever I needed to talk to him about my contract or adjusting my orders. But I think what is particularly impressive is that my location is way off the beaten track, but Tim always manages to get my linens delivered even if it involves some tricky backing up and turning around.”
“Im a cane/crutch user and I rented a power wheelchair for an outdoor festival that would have otherwise been an untenable amount of walking. DEMS was so easy!! I just called up a few days before, asked if they had any models that would fit in the dimensions of my car space and they had the size, weight and price ready to go. i reserved over the phone, it was fully charged when i picked it up and it was PERFECT for the festival!! 10/10 i will absolutely be back next time i need any new accessibility tools!!”
“The whole team is always super amazing! Tracy was phenomenal! She was very patient and help me figure out how to get my insurance in order to help me get my wheelchair. She went above and beyond and even allowed me to use a loaner until I was able to get everything processed. And when Christian dropped off the wheelchair to me, He did not leave until he made sure I was comfortable and knew how to use the chair. You can tell that they they are in their field because they love helping people!”

“Recently, I got a scooter lift (Bruno ASL-275) at United Access and was received the support from Ricardo Garcia, service manager. He was kind, caring, and courteous with my needs. There was an issue with the scooter lift being too low and scrape the ground on certain driveways, and he is currently assisting me with this problem. I also have got my hand controls here many times, since 2002, starting with my first car. This place is a great place for support with ADA equipment.”

I brought my chair to Keith, who found the root issue and fixed it in an hour.

“I highly recommend this pharmacy my family members used to get their medications there for a couple of years but ended up leaving two years ago because of the unprofessional service . Today my mom and aunt had a doctor's appointment at one of the clinics down he Street from Cameron and the nurses at the clinic recommend Cameron again because now they have a very professional and very polite person that works at Cameron her name is Martha Rodriguez . I heard that John left and new pharmacy owners came but I'm happy that the staff is new and I highly recommend the pharmacy mostly because of the clinic that recommended me to go back because they say that Martha approaches the patients with lots of caring, and respect and I'm hoping to meet her one day when I switch from 986 pharmacy to Cameron”
