“The store in Garden Grove, Ca is no longer around. They have moved to Tennessee but can’t get Google to update that they moved. Online ordering is still available but don’t waste your time driving to the listed location. The number still works if you need to call for information and they were very helpful over the phone.”
“I communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs. Thank you very much Leslie and Venture Heat.”

“We came to their showroom in person and it did not disappoint! Customer service was great. Eliza spent so much time with us going through all the options available. We ended up buying 5 gis for our family and multiple rash guards. We were so glad to be able to try them all on and they had so many different styles and colors in stock. Also since we purchased in store we received some fun complementary goodies. Definitely recommend this shop but if you can’t come in store then you can order online!”

“I recently have started on my journey to surf and as a mom brought my little guy on for the journey. Griffin has been a wealth of knowledge from surf lesson recommendations to starter options for my toddler.
The service is great and as someone who sees the quality of the garments and apparel in store is great. There are different options depending on whether you will be surfing, swimming or just taking a stroll by the beach.
I’m excited to learn more but wanted to give this local shop the a credit it deserves.”
“I stopped in this store yesterday to buy a saltwater rod & reel combo. I am from Nebraska so I wasn’t sure what I exactly needed for salt water fishing. The guy behind the counter was polite, knowledgeable, and helped me find and pick out the right equipment that I was looking for / needed for salt water boat fishing. I wasn’t sale pressured at all which was really nice. I told him my price range and he helped me stay within it. We found a new reel looked at some new rods and the found a great quality used rod that I settled on. He even took time to help me install the reel, and make sure that the rod & reel were properly aligned with they eyelets, and spun it full of new line. Thank you so much sir! I’m glad there are still honest folks out here in this world today.

This is the first time in a while that I have walked out of a store WITHOUT the feeling of being gouged or taken for my money in today’s society.
I will definitely be back if I need anything else and I would refer this place to a friend in need of quality equipment without question! It’s places like this that make you want to come back and visit.

“My kids and I stopped in to do some shopping at the outlets while on a trip to Long Beach and my son loves Converse so of course we had to hit that store. When we entered, we were greeted kindly with the sales associate. He explained the sales that they had going on. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. My son is very picky so while he was in the process of deciding what shoes to get, he had a few questions and the staff was excellent with helping out. They were very friendly.”
“I had an amazing experience at the Nike Factory Store here in Long Beach at The Pike Outlets. Yesterday I went to the Nike location at Crystal Court behind South Coast Plaza, but they didn’t have the shoes I needed and directed me to this store.
As soon as I arrived, the employee who helped me went above and beyond. At first it looked like the shoe wasn’t in stock, but he double-checked the inventory on his system and realized the shipment had actually arrived the day before and hadn’t been unloaded yet. Instead of making me wait or telling me to come back later, he immediately went to the back, dug through the boxes, and found the exact size I needed.
He came back within minutes, handled everything with zero hesitation, and got me in and out of the store in about 10 minutes. Great customer service, super helpful, and he most definitely made my kid’s day. Appreciate the effort and professionalism—this is how every retail experience should be.

“I have many social media platforms that I own and I just posted this store on a few of my pages. I just came from Dodger Stadium looking for something to buy but left empty handed. I used to live down the street but moved to Orange County and I couldn't find a store comparable and I just left this store spending over 2 bills easily and I ordered another hoodie they didn't have in stock in my size and they're going to get it for me and that's what I call customer service!! “I had a great experience selecting and purchasing hats here. First of all they have a great selection and everything is very organized. The staff is also very friendly and provided lots of info. I was able to try out different styles and ultimately got 5 hats that were different fits and styles that I wouldn't have previously tried out. Definitely coming back here for more.”

Stopped by the Puma store at the Citadel Outlets and was really impressed with the sale they had going on. They had clearance shoes for just $25, which was a huge win for me since my son wears a size 10.5. I was able to grab 7 pairs of shoes for under $200! My family and I came to eat locally. The business was closed, so I took the opportunity to go window shopping, so I thought of private sneakers.
I'm a huge fan of New Balance shoes, low and behold they had multiple on display, even a new style new balance
I have often wondered what lies behind these closed doors. When I say closed I mean locked ! As we went to open the door. Low and behold, Manny unlocks the door! I had to ask why they were locked. Unfortunately, folks can walk in and out without paying. So doors are kept locked.
Personally, I enjoyed my 40-minute shopping experience alone with my family having Manny to ourselves to ask questions regarding New Balance shoes. I may have never bought one pair, let alone two pairs, without his personal assistance.
I seen these very new new balance shoes, half open grey shoes on the shelf. Manny mentioned these were their newest in store. He brought me 3 different pairs until I had the perfect fit. I'm taking them @ $150.00
Manny did the same for my mother in law. She was a bit more challenging in shoe. You see, she is petite with the smallest foot I've ever known for an adult. Manny brought several different new balance shoes. He finally brought out a 4 1/2 new balance 9060 in dark blue shoe (kids) @ $110.00. Add those to my order as well.
Why I like new balance shoes they come Wide, I have a big wide foot. The stability, balance, and shock absorption. Overall, quality shoes are out the door.
Overall experience with Manny and Johnny 5 stars, Atmosphere was poppin' when I was not taking photos I was dancing. The beats were great. 5 stars

“Sandy’s is by far the best when it comes to pricing, quality, customer service, variety of machines and workout equipment. My husband and I were in the market and shopping for a home gym stacked weight machine and a treadmill. We went to half a dozen different retailers — from wholesalers to big box stores, and none of them came close to offering the quality, variety and pricing Sandy’s had. They have a great selection, a good store front layout. And Sandy was very helpful. She was honest, friendly, and great to work with. She gave us great recommendations on the best value we would get on a treadmill, the weight machine, and some other home gym tips. For anyone looking I would recommend they come here. In the event I need something else to add to our home gym I won’t hesitate to come back to Sandy’s!”
