“This is probably the first time I’ve voluntarily written a review. My piercing cap fell out late at night and I asked Vincent for an alcohol wipe. After I explained the situation, he went above and beyond to help me. he even found a sewing kit, and the needle helped me put it back in after an hour of struggling. He genuinely saved my day and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks Vincent for making the stay so much happier!”
“Large clean room. Good breakfast with clean ingredients. Courteous staff. For people with mobility issues, note that there are no elevators to go to the higher floors.”

“The indoor conference center is spacious and bright, featuring high beamed ceilings and massive windows that frame beautiful views of the Bay Trail. It is a highly customizable layout that works perfectly for private events, baby showers, or corporate retreats. Outside, the recently upgraded synthetic turf fields are top tier, offering a clean, mud free surface for sports games and practices even during the wetter months.”
