“Excellent customer service by this shop. They replaced my truck drivers side door pins. I purchased the pins, and also got the stronger oversized versions. I've had this replacement of pins done several times. I learned that it was a factory flaw. Factory pins are too small for the weight of the door. Anyway, Stewart's drilled the hinge assembly to accommodate the larger pins. They completed the job extreamly fast. Brought the truck in at 8:00 am, and picked it up the same day. I would highly recommend this shop. They are extreamly professional & won't charge you and arm & a leg. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my body shop needs.

“I recently moved back to San Francisco from Sonoma County and there is no Subaru dealership in the City. I’m old school- used to going to a dealership for maintenance. I found Pat’s on the Internet and went in just to check them out. Forrest spent time with me asking questions about my car history and explaining their service program.
Just had my first appointment in which they did basic maintenance and a complete safety check of all my systems. Forrest called me to go over the review in detail and explain theone recommendation for additional service, which they were able to do that day . All this for much less than I would have been charged at a dealership. A friendly place with knowledgeable staff. Support this local independent business !!!”
“I was referred to Luxe by my detailed person and what a great referral one of the best companies I’ve ever done business with from the work being outstanding. The car looks brand new, but more importantly to the customer service. It’s a family run business and they always answer the phone always make an effort to answer your questions or if they say they’re gonna call you back they always do all my car was in the shop. I had to unexpectedly leave the country and asked Norberto the best way to handle it and without hesitation he said just leave me your key and will put it in your garage which is something that’s unheard of these days. “My battery died on my 2018 Audi. Found VAS on Google and read the great reviews. Called Kenny and he said that he had the battery that my car needed in stock and was able to install it within 45 mins! As this was my first time into VAS, he also offered some great advice for my car and other things to consider for the future.
I highly recommend Kenny and VAS if you have a VW or an AUDI. Reasonably priced and wonderful customer service!

“Car accidents suck especially when you're not at fault. Alioto's helped make this unpleasant experience very pleasant and reassuring through their great service, and kind communication. I was so frustrated with my car accident situation that I vented a bit to one of the Alioto's staff (Chiara), and they listened compassionately, and even added some advice around how to handle the insurance and claim. My car looked great after the repairs were completed, my car was cleaned and looked better than ever. “This is definitely the place to go for bodywork. They were so thorough fixed everything. It was an easy process through my insurance company USAA.. There is an especially bright young man who works there, Javier. He explained everything to me step-by-step about my repairs, including details about the new alignment, etc.
Not only is Javier, courteous and kind, but the woman who works at the front desk is just wonderful. I’ve had the best experience. It wasn’t fun to have to bring my car in for bodywork after a Car Accident , but they did such a beautiful job. I will know exactly what to do if this ever happens again. “I went to R & S Service originally to have my ignition replaced due to a stuck car key. That experience was good enough to go back for my first major repair of front and back brake replacement. I have to say, I can't remember my brakes ever being so good...the smoothest braking I have ever had in my 2005 Honda Element. I have had a couple of break jobs over the years, but they clearly were sub par compared to the work performed by R & S. It is like having a new car adding a whole new level of performance. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with R & S...it is rare to find such workmanship and an auto repair shop that you can trust to do right by your car...”
