“Joey and Tom were wonderful! They were responsive, friendly and easy to work with, and we actually had some fun and laughs during our remodel. Not only is their pricing very reasonable, the quality of cabinets is excellent with all the bells and whistles, but this is a family owned business for generations, and this sealed my decision to chose them. They went above and beyond on their customer service. We had some issues and hiccups with other vendors and contractors with parts of the remodel, and they came out and made adjustments to fix the issues to make it all work. Every measure, every detail, all done perfectly! What I also loved about them is they do everything from measure, to design concept, to building and putting together the cabinets, to delivery to install and finishing touches! No third party, no outside installers. As a designer, I would HIGHLY recommend this Father and Son team and refer them over and again. “I had Cascade Cabinets make all of the cabinets for my kitchen remodel and a huge corner cabinet for my family room. That was 17 years ago and my cabinets still look incredible. Great quality and craftsmanship. I much prefer custom cabinets over ready made. No fillers and a exact fit. The owner at that time was Bob. ( I'm not sure if he's still the owner)”
“We've had an excellent experience with Palazzo for two projects 13 years apart! They did a stellar job with our Silestone kitchen countertop back in 2011 (still looks amazing), and we couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship and attention to detail they gave to our quartz countertops and shower as part of a recent bathroom remodel. Also really pleased we went with a line of cabinetry they offer (Bertch) for the vanity; it's super well made and just stunning, as are the tile selections they helped us with. Finally, I can't say enough good things about Felipe and Kiersti, who are knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and just a pleasure to work with. We will use Palazzo again, for sure.”

“I recently updated our laundry room. One of the final touches was a quartz countertop for the sink cabinet. As the cabinet was only 42" my original plan was to have them use a leftover piece of quartz to fabricate the top to my measurements and install it myself. Eva was very helpful when I stopped by the showroom on two occasions. When the room was ready for the countertop I realized it would be much better to just buy a whole piece and let JQ do the measure and install. I am happy that I did! I had them use some of the leftover for a top on a wire shelving unit. The installer who came out did a stellar job. Very happy! IN 2018 JQ supplied cabinets and installed the countertops for a kitchen update that I did before selling my home. They are still doing quality work at affordable prices.”

“This is the place contractors go to get good prices and a great selection of top quality items. You as a non contractor can go there as well and also get great prices with top quality items. I have always been helped to my satisfaction. Everything I ordered was perfect. Toto toilets, super high end faucets. Love this place. I don't get the low reviews on here at all. What, you think if you go to Home Depot people are going to wipe your nose better? Home depot sells total garbage and their customer service is random luck. If you want serious stuff that will last forever at great prices go here. If you want someone to cut your vegetables for you while you talk people in circles....well there is really no place for you. Save everyone the drama and order it off Amazon. :)”
