“The house had four bedrooms but only one shower upstairs. With teenagers, that was becoming a daily problem. We took part of an oversized closet and used it to create another bathroom with a shower, then reworked the hallway bathroom so it wasn’t so cramped. Not the glamorous type of remodel people post before-and-afters of, but probably the most useful thing we’ve done to this house.”

“I have nothing but Good to say about Mike and the crew at Concrete Exchange. Long story short, I had a sealer problem that Mike warrantied by sending out his crew to remove and re-seal a outdoor kitchen counter. Lot's of work, but now it looks great. I am very grateful and will continue to use the Concrete Exchange for any of my staining, sealing needs.”

“We had an outstanding experience with Palazzo Kitchens and Baths on our master bathroom remodel. We wanted to completely renovate and modernize the space, including reworking the layout, but weren't sure what was possible. Palazzo's team made the entire process seamless and stress-free, from design and material selection to planning and construction. Rebeca, our designer, was professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. What impressed us most was her understanding of both design and construction. Because our project involved moving plumbing and walls, she ensured every design decision was both beautiful and practical. She thoughtfully guided us toward a timeless design, reviewed the estimate thoroughly upfront to set clear expectations, and remained involved throughout the project. Arturo, our project manager, was wonderful to work with. He was experienced, dependable, and easy to talk to. It was obvious he genuinely cared about doing the job right. He kept the project organized and on schedule, stopped by several times a week to check on the progress, and was always available whenever we had questions. His leadership kept the project running smoothly, and we always felt confident that the project was in good hands. The construction team - Rolando, Rodolfo, Cesar, Freddo, and Jorge - was fantastic to work with. They were always punctual, respectful, highly skilled, and a pleasure to have in our home. They kept the workspace clean and organized every day, and the quality of their work was excellent. Rolando and Rodolfo handled the demolition professionally, Cesar kept the project running smoothly and paid close attention to every detail, Freddo did a great job with framing, molding, and painting, and Jorge's beautiful tile work truly elevated the finished bathroom. Remodeling can be stressful, but this project never felt chaotic. Everything stayed organized, and we always knew what was happening. The finished bathroom is beautiful, functional, and turned out even better than we had hoped. The project was completed on time and within budget. Throughout the process, it was clear that Palazzo is a well-run company that takes pride in the quality of its work and cares about its customers. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and would confidently recommend them to our friends and family.”

The workers were prompt, skilled, and tidy. I'm delighted with the result. If I could have given the company ten stars, I would have.”

“We recently sourced new wood flooring for our Walnut Creek home from Prosource which was recommended by our designer. We had outstanding customer services from floor selection, purchase, final delivery to care/maintenance guide from Prosource team. Jimmy who helped us with our purchase was knowledgeable and understood our needs very well including price matching. His team also accommodated us to hold the new floor materials in their warehouse a more than a month due to our home renovation timelines. Dana was super helpful and offered her assistance/guidance where needed. All the staff at the Prosource office are very professional and care about their customers' need. Overall, we are very pleased with our new wood flooring. We've received high quality flooring from Prosource with their expert guidance and customer support. I would highly recommend Prosource to anyone considering floor replacement projects with quality products and on time delivery.”

“I had my new Bryant A/C system installed by Otter HVAC in May 2025, and the whole experience was amazing. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They completed the installation quickly and neatly, connected everything perfectly, and made sure the system was running smoothly before leaving. The equipment was supplied through Slakey Brothers, and the quality is excellent. Since the installation, the A/C has been working flawlessly and keeping my home perfectly cool. If you’re in Concord and need reliable and skilled HVAC professionals, I highly recommend Otter HVAC. They truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. I wish I could give more than just 5 stars!!!”

“I had Cascade Cabinets make all of the cabinets for my kitchen remodel and a huge corner cabinet for my family room. That was 17 years ago and my cabinets still look incredible. Great quality and craftsmanship. I much prefer custom cabinets over ready made. No fillers and a exact fit. The owner at that time was Bob. ( I'm not sure if he's still the owner)”

“It's been a few years since the demo and installation of granite in our house, and I am still smile when I see my counters. The service was on time and the work was excellent. They somehow were able to avoid the ugliest part of the slab and use the best looking parts. There have been no problems. Counters are level and there are no cracks. My hint is to choose a slab pattern that hides stains and spills. I highly recommend Tiles Warehouse in Concord!”
