They arrived quickly and I rode back to their yard with my car and the driver.They helped coordinate with the rental company to stay open a few minutes to wait for me and they drove me there to make sure I would have a rental to take my belongings out of my car and get home. “These guys are seriously the best in town. A few weeks ago I got rear ended pretty gnarly. initially went with a shop recommended by insurance and they were absolutely horrible. Gave me the run around from 3 different people, told me the parts would take minimum 30 days to even arrive, and gave me attitude when I brought up that I was getting so much conflicting information. so I nixed the recommended shop and went back to Regal, as I've worked with them in the past. Kirk got my car inspected, prepped and had the work order approved in 1 hour for me. They got my car done in 10 days! Bill and Kirk treat their customers like real people, not just a number in a waiting line. Kirk even delivered my car to me since I couldn't drive after a surgery, going far above and beyond. If you want to have your car taken care of by professional, thorough, and just super rad people all around, look no further. They'll take good care of you and then some. “Every time I had to deal with any impound tow company it was automatic rummage through entire car as soon as it hits the yard. My car was full I mean full of treasure. It was there for a week my own doing. But, I paid the fees which was a lot. To my surprise everything was still there in the same spot. I recommend not getting your car impounded. But if you do you want these guys to do it. Great job not your average tow company.”
