“Rented a truck to move our daughter from California to Idaho. Enterprise was the least expensive option for a weekrental. The truck size was upgraded without an extra charge. The vehicle was newish with no mechanical issues.”
“I had to get a trailer hitch installed on my 2022 Kia. I made an appointment at the closest U-Haul center from my home. When I arrived to have my hitch installed the hitch was missing parts so they had to order another hitch. I had to change all my plans for a week later. It was a hassle but I changed everything for the next week. I had to call them when I had not got a confirmation that they had my new hitch and I was told it would be a couple weeks. I called U-Haul in Vallejo and spoke to the manager India. She said to let her see what she could do and she would call me back. She did call me back and had found me a hitch and was getting it rushed to their center so I could keep my plans for that week. When arrived at her center that hitch was mis-boxed and would not fit my car. India jumped on the phone found me another hitch and sent one of her employees to get it. I was delayed for a couple hours but thanks to India and her hard work and professionalism I was able to keep my plans. Thanks India!! I recommend this center under her supervision to everyone. She gets the job done!”
“This place seems to have mixed reviews but I’ve never had any problems. Fairly easy pickup and you can even use the app now if you like that sort of thing. Drop off super fast. Employees have always been polite to me. No complaints.”
“This location is amazing and we will always choose to drop off here in the future! Carter was the best, he was doing his job right and I wish more people at U-Haul drop off locations were like him. Don’t listen to the other negative reviews, they should really be for U-Haul as a company, not for this specific shop. This location is their own private business and people don’t realize that when they leave negative reviews they’re affecting a small business. U-Haul is what sucks! Their large company is the worst. Not this location! We had to go in so many loops because of U-Haul and Carter/U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer made the whole experience so much more positive at the end of an exhausting move. Keep doing your thing you guys are the best!”

“Budget was the only moving truck rental company in Vallejo that had trucks available. Apparently Penske is getting their catalytic converters stolen so they don't keep any here! And Uhaul was almost double the price. The process was super smooth and the truck was great. We booked a 12 ft but they only had a 16 ft which wasn't a problem for us (they gave it to us for the 12 ft price), but I would suggest calling ahead to double check if you need the exact car you book. Overall a great experience and I will be sure to book with them again in the future.”
“I rented a truck and trailer for a 4 state move to Wyoming. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady in the office. She had all my stuff ready to go. We went over the paperwork and I paid for the rental. She answered every question I had. I would totally recommend Budget Truck rental. They have very fair prices and amazing staff.”

We were fortunate that a truck was available last minute for last weekend! Everything worked out for our family's moving day. Thanks!”
“Had a reservation for 3/26 at 9am for a 6x12 trailer. When I arrived, they didn't have the trailer and instead only had a 5x9 at 11a. The woman at the first desk said she meant to call me but to make it up she gave me a discount. When I switched the reservation for the next day, the manager (believe his name was Brodee) still offered the discount and the trailer rental was seamless with all the employees I interacted with. All in all, didn't start off well but their customer service and thoughtfulness more than made up for it! Will rent again from them for sure.”

“Today we needed some blinds cut and were waiting for quite some time along with two other people. Stephen found us and although he could not cut them himself he stayed nearby, spoke with other associates, and made several announcements to help us. We were very grateful to him and credit him with managing to finally get someone over after an over 20min wait. With his help, we had 3 people arrive and we were on our way to checkout within a minute.”
