  Door security is faulty, I can't even get in to use the ATM because the debit card mechanism does not work properly.

  False advertisement, this is no financial center. Came all the way to cash in check, but all they provide is some useless video chat feature. Waste of time and money.

  Not an actual bank branch! Just a place you can Zoom with a person who tells you that you need to go to a real bank branch to do the thing you want to do. They can Google the address of a real bank branch for you.
