“I had a cracked windshield on my 22 Subaru Legacy. Happened from a pin sized pebble. Auto Glass Express billed my insurance and I only had to pay the deductible. I needed new wipers which they comped me including installation. Pretty much set an appointment, they recommended best I wait till after a road trip I had through rough road conditions. I showed up, they detailed the installation and calibration required for the sensors. I had three hours to go, so I walked down to a store I know a half hour walk away. I bought a few things had two cups of coffee and got some work done on my phone. Walked back at close to three hours and they were just finishing up. They explained the windshield do's and don'ts for the next 24 hours, I paid and left. I've been a vendor of theirs for a few years and always happy to reciprocate business. Many years ago on a different car Alison told me the importance of getting nicks from road debris cared for right away, and that insurance will cover it. They are my go to for all my car glass needs.”

“I recently met Steven through a mutual friend referral. Decided to try out BMW/Tesla Collision Center of Berkeley, owned by Weatherford/Sunwise Auto Group.From the moment I reached out to Steven through text messages, he was super responsive and patient with all my questions and requests. We initially set up a time for the tint installation, but as luck would have it, his tech took an off day that required us to reschedule. However, Steven's dedication to customer service really shone through when he managed to squeeze me back into their busy schedule. That alone was a game-changer for me!I decided to make the drive all the way from San Mateo to get my tint done here because they are certified Xpel XR tint and ppf installers. This meant that Xpel would warranty the product for 10 yrs if anything should happen.Dropped the car off at 9am, and the car was ready around 3pm. Traffic to get there was brutal especially as it reaches rush hour. My car came back sparkly clean with the new tint installed. I did not see any watermarks that were left in the interior leather and trims.Sunwise BMW / Tesla Collision Center exceeded my expectations in every way. Steven's commitment to excellent customer service, the top-notch Xpel XR tint and ppf installation, and the attention to detail in washing the car left me thoroughly impressed. If you're looking for a collision center that goes above and beyond, look no further. I can't recommend them enough!”
