“Hustead's is a quality auto body shop, we've used them to have all our cars fixed and they do excellent work in a timely manner as well as communicate with us the whole way through. We recently had one of our car's 'totalled' through Geico and although we weren't ready to get rid of the car, nor could we afford to, we chose to get the repairs done. Hustead's worked with us on the price and we got to hold on to the car until we can afford to get a new one. Excellent customer service all around.”

“Golden gate collision did an incredible job fixing my truck after my small fender bender. They got my car in and out of there shop in a very short amount of time. They even mentioned that I should bring my truck back in 30 days for a full exterior detail as they could not wax areas repaired just after paint!!!

After visiting three auto shops for an estimate, they offered the best price. I was wondering why other Auto Shops charge double!
The front office person, David, was welcoming, polite, and respectful.
They got a discount on the rental car for a replacement just down the street from them, which was very convenient.
Every step was described clearly, including what and when it would all happen. It took two to three days, whereas other offers took four or five days.
They fixed my car perfectly, on time, and even returned it washed and clean…..
This was a great experience in the world of body and fender service.
I will recommend them to all my friends who need their car fixed.

“Experience a hit and run in August, and after browning for auto body shops I decided to go with Husteads based off of a recommendation from a family member. I can comfortably say this is by far the best auto body shop In the east bay. Not only is the service incredibly quick, with parts only taking 2 days to order and 3 days to repair, the customer service is phenomenal. Sam Dierhka is who I had the pleasure of meeting and he was able to guide me through the whole process of getting my car fixed. They provide real time updates on their website where your car stands, as well as phone calls with additional updates throughout the week. Setting up an appointment was also incredibly easy. If you’re in need of going to an auto body this is an absolute gem. 10/10 on everything, they truly go the extra mile to deliver quality service.”

Then, a week later, with a scheduled appointment, they took the car and turned it around in a week, and it looked and felt like new. “Wow is all I can say. My insurance found this place and it was even better its a 5 minute walk from my job. I made an appointment and Eric was my Go to guy. He thoroughly explained the process, asked if he could send updates via text in which I agreed. When they removed the bumper and saw additional damage, he called me to let me know another part would be in. Pryscilla who is one of the front office staff is amazing as well. Friendly, welcoming and I truly felt they value my business.

“These guys are on par with Cooks collision which is saying a lot. I have several old classics, and took a couple to Cooks for work. They were very good, but they were expensive. On a friend's advice, I brought my third collector to Wrights Auto. Dave, the owner meticulously went over the car and explained what he would do, and what he recommended. He even recommended a higher quality clear coat for my car, stating that it would be shinier and more durable, all for the same price. One of the body guys there was "old school" and was able to straighten one of my fenders without bondo! Now that's talent! Manuel, the foreman, called me in a week to tell me the car was ready (it was a "complete" with minor body work, so it took some time). When I got there, it was buffed, washed and ready to go. Manuel then greeted me and told me to let the finish cure and bring it back in 60 days so he would "detail" it to give it a final gloss, all included (no extra charge).I have since brought my last car to them for some additional work. Again, same service and same quality! Wrights is a fantastic find... a hidden gem!Thanks Dave and Manuel for a great job on both my cars!
