The effort Enterprise has put into making car rentals feel less stressful with friendliness, giving helpful car tips, explaining clearly what they look for upon return and more makes a difference. I used to say renting a car was one of my biggest anxiety stressors, but Enterprise has changed that and I exclusivity rent from your company now.”

“Wayne at this budget location is a real gem. I came in without a reservation, he found me the lowest rate, and he went above and beyond when I returned the cargo van. I highly recommend this location and Wayne specifically. Another time I came there were a lot of customers ahead of me but today it was clear.”

“Marie was incredible, from initial phone contact all the way through every step of the rental. She also helped calmly and even warmly ameliorate a miscommunication between her colleague (Joseph?) and me. Her wise intervention behind the scenes led to his seeking me out to apologize profusely, then thank me for my own kindness. I thanked him in turn for his, and gave him a sincere hug, straight from the heart. It was the perfect northern CA experience!
